Abstract:
An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent partial darkening of a screen due to black spots by capturing black spots generated on a liquid crystal display panel due to ion impurities into a non-display area. A liquid crystal display panel(210) includes a lower and upper glass substrates and a display area. A plurality of data lines(DL1~DLm) and gate lines(GL1~GLm) are formed on the lower glass substrate. The display area includes pixels that are formed by intersection between the plurality of data lines and gate lines. A capture line(220) captures black spots remaining in the display area. The capture line is connected to a common ground to which the data lines are connected in common. The capture line is formed of a conductive material. A current applied from the data lines to the common ground flows through the capture line.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device which is capable of preventing a touch defect and gravity defect and has a stable structure resistant to a push test, a method for manufacturing the same and spacer structure of the display device. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate 100 and a second substrate 200 arranged to face each other; gate lines 101 and data lines 102 crossing each other on the first substrate 100 to define a pixel area, a thin film transistor formed at intersection parts between the gate lines 101 and the data lines 102, protrusions 120 formed on the first substrate 100 corresponding to a predetermined portion of the gate lines 101 having a recess therein; a first column spacer formed on the second substrate 200 corresponding to the protrusions 120; a second column spacer 220 formed corresponding to the gate lines 101 on which the protrusion 120 is not formed and a liquid crystal layer filled between the first substrate 100 and the second substrate 200. Un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides comprend un premier substrat (100) et un second substrat (200) agencés de manière à se faire mutuellement face.Il comprend au moins une saillie (120) formée sur le premier substrat dans une première région, l'au moins une saillie (120) ayant un évidement dans celle-ci; un premier espaceur à colonne (210) formé sur le second substrat correspondant à l'au moins une saillie; et une couche de cristaux liquides chargée entre les premier et second substrats.Application à un dispositif d'affichage à cristaux liquides qui est apte à prévenir un défaut résultant d'un contact de la main avec l'écran.
