Abstract: The present invention is an improved starting-stopping structure of magnetic braking system, comprising an opening type magnetic disc, a twist spiral spring, two disc arms, four magnets, an elastic force ball device and linkage, wherein the opening and closing of th e magnetic disc lead to the magnetic lines of force intervening each other and to the rotating disc stopping operation, and require the operation of a steel wire to actuate operating and braking, whic h is applied to the vehicle brake and charactrized in no material consumption of loss and need of not replacing the braking lining.
