Abstract: A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a laminate of a base material, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a release material, and has a plurality of through-holes passing through from a surface of the base material to a pressure-sensitive adhesive face. The base material comprises a resin composition that contains 65 to 98 wt % of a polyolefin based resin (A) and 2.0 to 35 wt % of a pigment (B). In such a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, air entrapments and blisters can be prevented or removed by way of the through-holes. Also, expansion of the inner diameter of the through-holes is suppressed, and thereby the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet has good appearance.

Abstract: A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (1) which is provided with a substrate (11) and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (12) and in which multiple through holes (2) that extend from one surface of the sheet (1) to the other surface thereof are formed, wherein the substrate (11) is made of a resin composition that comprises 50 to 88% by mass of (A) a polyolefin resin, 10 to 48% by mass of (B) a styrene resin and/or an acrylic resin, with the polyolefin resin (A) excluded, and 2.0 to 30% by mass of (C) a pigment. By means of the through holes, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet (1) can prevent the occurrence of air bubbles or blisters, or enables the removal of air bubbles or blisters. In the sheet (1), additionally, the inner diameters of the through holes can be inhibited from enlarging. Therefore, the sheet (1) exhibits excellent surface appearance.

Abstract: Provided is an adhesive sheet (1) comprising a base material (11), an adhesive layer (12), and plural through-holes (2) formed therein penetrating from one side to the other side of the sheet. The base material (11) comprises a resin composition containing 50 to 85% by mass of a polyolefin resin (A) and 15 to 50% by mass of a resin (B) in which a difference between a 5% mass loss temperature in a thermogravimetric analysis carried out under nitrogen current at a temperature-increasing rate of 20ºC/min and that in a thermogravimetric analysis carried out under air current at a temperature-increasing rate of 20ºC/min is 60ºC or lower. Accordingly, air entrapment and blistering can be prevented or eliminated, and an olefin adhesive sheet in which through-holes can be formed by laser thermal processing can be obtained.

Abstract: A dicing sheet base film (2) includes a resin layer (A). The resin layer (A) contains: a polyethylene (al) that has a density of 0. 900 g/cm3 or more; and a styrene-based elastomer (a2). The polyethylene (al) has a content of 50 mass% or more and 90 mass% or less to a total resin component contained in the resin layer (A), while the styrene-based elastomer (a2) has a content of 10 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less to the total resin component. The dicing sheet base film (2) suppresses the occurrence of dicing debris during the dicing of a cut object without imparting physical energy such as electron rays and y rays, and has sufficient expandability in the expanding process.
