    Abstract: A training system and a training method for a human-presence detection model are provided. The training method includes: obtaining, by a distance sensor and a temperature sensor, a plurality of training samples; dividing the plurality of training samples into a first data cluster and a second data cluster according to whether or not an input interface of the host device is in a used state; marking the first data cluster as a human-presence cluster; selecting a sub-cluster from the second data cluster; marking the sub-cluster as a human-absence cluster; and performing machine learning for the human-presence cluster and the human-absence cluster to generate the human-presence detection model. The first data cluster corresponds to the used state. A center point of the sub-cluster corresponds to a maximum distance value and a minimum temperature value.

    Abstract: A sensor package and a display device are provided. The sensor package is disposed inside the display device. The sensor package includes a substrate, a plurality of sensor elements, a shielding cover, a first polarizer, and a second polarizer. The plurality of sensor elements and the shielding cover are disposed on the substrate. The shielding cover covers the plurality of sensor elements. When light passes through the first polarizer, the light forms a first polarized light beam. When another light passes through the second polarizer, the another light forms a second polarized light beam. A first polarization direction of the first polarizer is different from a second polarization direction of the second polarizer.

    Abstract: A sensing module of a sensor package includes a substrate and a sensor. The substrate includes an insulating layer, an integrated circuit (IC), a plurality of first circuits, and a plurality of second circuits. The IC is embedded in the insulating layer and includes a plurality of first contacts and a plurality of second contacts. The first circuits are respectively connected to the first contacts, and a part of each of the first circuits is exposed from the first surface of the insulating layer and is defined as a connection pad. The second circuits are respectively connected to the second contacts, and a part of each of the second circuits is exposed from the second surface of the insulating layer and is defined as a soldering pad. The sensor is disposed on the first surface of the insulating layer and is electrically coupled to the first circuits.

    Abstract: A sensor package includes a substrate, a light sensor disposed on the substrate, at least one optical filter disposed on the light sensor, and an optical functional layer that is light-permeable, is disposed on the substrate, covers the light sensor and the optical filter, and includes multiple light-scattering particles. The light sensor has a light receiving region, and receives light through the light receiving region. The optical filter covers the light receiving region. When the light passes through the optical filter within an incident angle range and is received by the light receiving region, the light sensor responds to a wavelength range of the light, and a response spectrum is obtained. Within the incident angle range, an absolute value of an offset measured at a crest of a waveform of the response spectrum is less than or equal to 10 nm. An electronic device is also provided.
