Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data protection engineering originally safe to the interception of signals by carrying data contents with the energy of two or more wavelengths in an optical output signal to be transmitted. SOLUTION: Inside a transmitter 15, a first part 35-1 of an input data flow 10 is allocated to a first wavelength channel, a second part 35-2 is allocated to a second wavelength channel, the following parts are similarly allocated and a final part 35-N is allocated to a channel N of the largest number. This allocation is performed according to a time window designated to each wavelength channel by a channel allocating function element 40. Then, the individual parts of these allocated data are multiplexed to a single output data flow 20 by a multiplexing function element 45 and carried with the energy of different wavelengths. This data flow 20 is demultiplexed by a demultiplexing function element 50 in a receiver 25 and concatenated by a concatenating function element 60 and a recovered data floe 30 is generated.
