SOLUTION: The method includes a step in which a first portion and a second portion of emitting light are formed from a source with the coherence smaller than one, and a step in which the first portion of emitting light passes in a reference path, and the second portion of emitting light passes in a path extending in the mixture, and then an interference light signal is produced by combining the first portion and the second portion of emitting light.
