Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the defect of a circuit by providing a trans-conductance proportional to a bias current and plural difference transistor pair circuits which are connected in parallel and consisting of transistors having non- exponential voltage-current characteristic. SOLUTION: The respective transistor devices 210-1, 210-2 of a difference transistor pair circuit 200 have non-exponential voltage-current characteristic such as a MOS transistor. Thus, the multiple difference pair circuit 100 can be constituted without considering the kind of transistors to use. In general, trans-conductance gm is the ratio of variation with respect to the increment variation of input voltage Vin when the bias current I0 of the output currents I1, I2 of the circuit 200 is kept to be constant. The characteristic of the trans- conductance gm is the right/left symmetrical function of Vin.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize general operational amplifier feedback circuit structure for compensating input and output capacity. SOLUTION: In a negative feedback circuit constituted of an operational amplifier(OA) having inverted and non-inverted inputs and outputs, a non- capacitive impedance element is inserted between the output and inverted input of the OA. The inverted input of the OA has conductance Gm and is driven by a 1st transconductance amplifier for generating an output current proportional to input voltage. A feed-forward transconductance amplifier having conductance substantially equal to the Gm receives the input voltage and generates an inverted output current proportional to the input voltage. A feedforward current is injected into the output of the OA. Thereby a voltage difference in the input of the OA can be evaded, a parasitic current allowed to flow into a parasitic input capacitor is removed and the performance of the circuit is improved as a whole.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device having an on-impedance which does not depend on an input signal. SOLUTION: A sampling device 50 is provided with a SAMPLING transistor Ms generating a sample in response to a sampling signal, the sampling transistor has impedance according to potential difference between a gate and a source and threshold voltage of the sampling transistor. The sampling device is also provided with a control device 55 generating a control signal Ψcs, the control device is provided with bootstrap reference voltage source for providing reference voltage in response to the sample signal and a control circuit generating control circuit voltage responding to the sample signal. The control signal is constituted by synthesis of an input signal and sampling threshold voltage, the control signal is constituted by synthesis of control circuit voltage and reference voltage, and voltage between a gate and a source is constituted based on difference voltage between the control signal and the input signal.

The sampling device also includes a control device (55) for generating a control signal. The control device includes a bootstrap reference voltage source (CBOOT) for providing a reference voltage in response to the sample signal, and a control circuit (Mc, 60, 65) for generating the control circuit voltage in response to the sample signal. By this design, the control signal comprises the sum of the input signal and the sampling threshold voltage, the control signal comprises the sum of control circuit voltage and the reference voltage, and the gate to source voltage comprises the difference between the control signal and the input signal.
