Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic laser which makes laser oscillation operations driven electrically. SOLUTION: This structure has a light emitting diode, a waveguide laser and a substrate disposed therebetween. This substrate has a first side and a second side. Lights radiated from the light emitting diode are received on the first side of the substrate, and the lights are guided on the second side within a main body of the substrate, while focused, and they are received by the laser. The lights are focused while passing the substrate, thereby providing efficiency of a device and a lower threshold power.
