    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication quality by providing a hard succession configuration in which the interruption of connection to a mobile object is small/short regarding a general mobile telephone system (UMTS) operating on the basis of a packet exchange theory, an overall system (GSM) for mobile communication or the other remote mobile radio communication system. SOLUTION: In this packet exchange remote mobile radio communication system such as the UMTS or the GSM, a target RNC 24 requests a direct link 36 to an operating controller 22 for in hard handover about a mobile object 18, the controller 22 transmits an uplink frame from the mobile object 18 to both a TRNC 24 and a core network 10, the network 10 transmits a downlink frame to the TRNC 24. The TRNC decides the time when the handover is completed and reconstructs a frame when necessary.

Even when a link is present in advance or not present, the TRNC may transmit a request and a protocol to set the link stated above. A core network no longer takes participation in the takeover and a considerable time can be saved.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enhancement of a configuration for a call from one mobile body to another in a mobile wireless remote communication system such as a generic mobile phone system (UMTS) or a blanket system (GSM) for mobile communication. SOLUTION: An RNC 22 transmits information with respect to a 1st mobile body such as an IMSI of the 1st mobile body from the 1st mobile body 18 to a CN 10 through an uplink with respect to two mobile bodies 18, 19, the both of which are placed in the same UTRAN 24 and at least either of which has the IMSI, stores at least part of the information, and when the RCN 22 receives the same information from the CN 10 toward the 2nd mobile body through a downlink, the RNC 22 recognizes that the two mobile bodies are present in the same UTRAN 14 and starts local switching operation in this method. A delay can be reduced and switching of the call is attained on a local reference. The RNC 22 may store a data frame from the 1st mobile body 18 for the comparison in place of storing the IMSI.
