Abstract:
An automatic return hinge for fire doors adapted to be mounted on a wall (12) within a jamb frame (12') on which a leaf (14) of such door is provided. Such hinge comprises a frame-side portion (15) and a door- side portion (16), the frame-side portion is (U)-shaped and comprises a first fixing plate 17, which is fixed to the door case that extends in a pair of side tubular elements (18). The door-side portion comprises a second fixing plate (20), which is fixed to the door itself and rotates therewith, that extends in a central tubular element (21). The side tubular elements (18) and the central one (21) are aligned with each other to form altogether an overall tubular element inside which both an automatic door re-closing device and a device for inverting the force of the door re-closing movement are positioned, which cooperate with each other to generate a controlled movement of automatic re-closing, thus controlling the rotation movement of the central tubular element and accordingly of the second door fixing plate.
Abstract:
Hinge for fire doors which is mounted on a wall (12) within a frame (13) provided with jamb, in which a shutter (14) is provided. Said hinge comprises a frame side portion (15) and a shutter side portion (16), the frame side portion comprising a first fixing plate (151) extending into a first pair of tubular pieces (152), provided at the ends of the fixing plate, the shutter side portion comprising a second fixing plate (161) extending into a second tubular piece (162). The first pair of tubular pieces and the second tubular piece are aligned with respect to each other along a longitudinal axis (Y) when said hinge is assembled. The pair of tubular pieces inside comprises a first substantially cylindrical elongated element (2) and, on both the opposite ends of the second tubular piece, a second elongated element (3) is included, also substantially cylindrical, the first and the second element being couplable to each other and rotating with respect to each other around said longitudinal axis (Y) by means of a rotation mechanism obtained on the respective ends of said elements (2,3).
Abstract:
A hinge (11) for fireproof doors associated with a second hinge (10) which automatically closes fireproof doors by means of a torsion spring, wherein the hinge (11) comprises a frame- side portion and a door- side portion, equipped with respective tubular sections which, aligned with each other, define a housing seat of a hinging group which comprises a cam force regulator group (23, 31, 50, 57). The cam force regulator group comprises a cam block (50) facing a ball -holder body (57) which houses a pair of balls (54), the cam block (50) comprising a surface facing the balls (54) provided with a double half-groove (53). Each half -groove (53) comprises a first portion ascending towards an apex (55) for a first angle and a second portion descending from the apex for a second angle, the angles extending for a total of 180° so that, in a return phase of the door, the loading of the spring (61) is opposed to the return force of the torsion spring of the second hinge (10) along the second angle and is added to said return force along the remaining first angle).
Abstract:
A hinge for fireproof doors comprises a frame-side portion (15) and a door- side portion (16), equipped with respective tubular sections (18, 21) which, aligned with each other, define a housing seat of a hinging group (23, 31, 36), a spring (34) for bringing the door back into a closed position being envisaged, between the frame-side portion (15) and the door-side (16) portion, said hinge contains, in its tubular sections, a bearing group (27, 28, 29, 30) between a bucket (23) and a hollow composite body (31, 36) of said hinging group (23,31,36), said spring (34) being positioned between a spring-guide body (31) and a spring - regulation body (36), having its ends constrained to the same, the spring - regulation body (36) being rotatable in a tubular section (18) of said frame-side portion (15) and being fixable, by means of a bead (38), once the desired elastic charge has been defined, and the spring-guide body (31) being integral with the tubular section (21) of the door-side portion (16).
Abstract:
A beverage can. In order to obtain distribution in hygienic conditions of fluid contained in the can a protection element is provided, which has a first and a second laminar portion which are superimposed and connected in a manner which is hermetically sealed but which is separable by being pivoted around a hinge. An upper surface of the first laminar portion of the protection element becomes a sterile support surface for an upper lip, and the lower surface of the second laminar portion of the protection element becomes a sterile support surface for a lower lip.
