    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stabilize the characteristic of a band-pass filter by putting and fitting an external shield case which consists of a soldable metal and also, on which an earth terminal has been provided as one body, onto an internal shield case made of aluminum. CONSTITUTION:As for coil parts 5, a coil 6 is wound and installed to a bobbin 7 on which a terminal 8 has been provided vertically and also a core 9 is screwed into a hollow hole of the bobbin 7. In case when soldering is executed to a printed board, even if a flux rises from a hole of the printed board and the flux goes into a part of a gap between an internal shield case 1 and an external shield case 2 and a contact resistance of its part becomes large, a function for grounding the shield case is not lost at all and a stable band-pass filter is obtained. In this way, the contact resistance of the earth terminal and the shield case is stabilized, the characteristic of the band-pass filter is also stabilized and it can be made thin and small in size.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the cut-off characteristics of a low frequency side and a high frequency side, by providing an adjacent video trap circuit between an input or output winding forming a VIF BPF for a TV receiver and a parallel resonator and an adjacent audio trap circuit at the pre-stage of the BPF. CONSTITUTION:A shield case 13 having a BPF for VIF is sectioned with a shield plate 13a, 14 and a coupling window 15, 1/4 wavelength resonators 16, 16' one end of which is opened and the other end of which is connected to the case 13, an input winding 17 and an output winding 18 inductively coupled to the resonators 16, 16' are arranged at the space at both ends. A parallel resonator consisting of coils 19, 19' and capacitors 20, 20' is provided at two spaces at the center side, and auxiliary windings 21, 21' inductively coupled with the coils 19, 19' are provided. A coil 22 is inserted between the connecting point of the windings 21, 21' and the winding 17 to form an adjacent video trap circuit. Further, the pre-stage of the BPF is provided with an adjacent audio trap circuit comprising capacitors C9-C11, a resistor R3 and a coil L5, allowing to improve the cut-off characteristics of a low frequency side and a high frequency side.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the cutoff performance at the high frequency side, by insulating an end of each of >=2 parallel resonators consisting of coils and capacitors froem a shielding case to connect them to each other and opening the other end respectively. CONSTITUTION:A shielding case 8 contains 4 rooms 11 and 12, and the rooms 11 at both ends of the case 8 include the parallel resonators 15 and 15' with the capacitors 14 and 14' connected to both ends of the coils 13 and 13', and an input winding 16 and an output winding 17 with an end connected to the case 8 and the other end insulated from the case and then drawn outside respectively. A coupling window 18 is formed to a partition wall 9 between the room 11 and the center room 12, and the parallel resonators 21 and 21' consisting of the coils 19, 19' and the capacitors 20, 20' connected to both ends of the coils 19 and 19' are disposed in the room 12. As no window is provided to a partition wall 10 of the room 12, the resonators 21 and 21' are separated from each other in terms of the electric field. Then an end of each of the resonators 21 and 21' is connected to each other to have an electromagnetic connection. The other end of each of the resonators 21 and 21' is opened, and a trap circuit is formed for connection of capacity by means of the capacity between the resonators 21/21' and the case 8.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the maximum attention quantity by two traps by connecting a connecting point of an LC tank circuit side of a DELTA connecting circuit, and the LC tank circuit, through other coil, and also taking out a tap from a coil of the LC tank circuit, and grounding it. CONSTITUTION:A trapping circuit is brought to a DELTA connection together with capacitors 15, 16 and a resistance 18. An LC tank circuit is constituted of a capacitor 17 together with a variable coil 20 provided with a tap, connected through a variable coil 19 to an LC tank side contact of a DELTA connecting circuit, and the tap of the variable coil 20 is grounded. In this way, the inductance of the tank circuit provided with the tap is made variable, pure resistance portions L2, L3 are made variable, the other inductance L1 is made variable and an imaginary number part is matched, by which even if a resistance 18 of a bridge T type trap is fixed, the maximum attenuation quantity can be obtained in a desired frequency position.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the excluding capability of an unnecessary signal by forming an impedance element of one side of a bridge T as a series circuit comprising a resistor in series connection with a parallel circuit consisting of a capacitor and an inductance element. CONSTITUTION:The parallel circuit comprising the capacitor 12 and the inductance 10 is connected in series with a resistor of a signal path of a T type filter of a conventional trap circuit. Then in selecting each constant so that CR is very smaller than 2 as converntionally, the overall impedance Z''4 is expressed in an equation, resulting that two dip points depending on a conventional bridge T trap and the added parallel circuit are formed. In approaching the dip points closely together, one dip point with a broad width is attained.

CONSTITUTION:A shielding case 8 contains 4 rooms 11 and 12, and the rooms 11 at both ends of the case 8 include the 1/4-wavelength resonators 13 and 13' with an end opened and the other end connected to the case 8, and the input windings 14 and 15 with an end connected to the case 8 and the other end insulated from the case 8 and then drawn outside. A coupling window 16 is provided to a partition wall 9 between the rooms 11 and 12, and the coils 17 and 17' are disposed in the room 12. In addition, the capacitors 18 and 18' are connected to both ends of the coils 17 and 17' to form the parallel resonators 19 and 19'. As no window is provided to a partition wall 10 of the room 12, the resonators 19 and 19' are separated from each other in terms of the electric field. Then an end of each of the resonators 19 and 19' is connected to each other to have an electromagnetic connection.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a filter device from being affected by flux during the soldering operation thereof, by pressing the sharp end of a grounding terminal into a ridge formed on a side wall of a shield case covering a coil bobbin and connecting them by means of welding. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin 6 wound with a coil 7 is adhered on a terminal plate 9 implanted with terminals 8, and an Al case 10 is covered over there. The sharp end 12 of a grounding terminal 13 made of a solderable metal such as brass is pressed into a ridge 11 of half-column shape formed on a side wall of the case, and is connected therewith. More particularly, the negative pole of a welding power supply 14 is connected to the case 10, while the positive pole is connected to the terminal 13 via a switch 15. When the terminal 13 is brought near the ridge 11 with a space (d) therebetween, the switch 15 is closed to generate arcs, and the terminal is then pressed into the ridge 11 to be firmly combined with it. In a filter device thus constituted, even if any flux rises along the terminal during welding operation, it does not penetrate into the case 10 in such an extent to form a capacitance, and the capacitance is not altered by humidity. Therefore, the device is provided with a high quality, having a stable continuity.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour and to make the characteristic stable by applying split and transposed winding to a bobbin having plural collars and a terminal board, connecting a lead of the start and the end of winding to a terminal implanted at the lower face of the terminal board of the bobbin and opening one of the connected terminal and grounding the other end so as to form a helical coil. CONSTITUTION:Input/output coils 25, 25' are wound onto a bobbin 13 having the plural collars 14, the lead 26 of the start of winding and the lead 27 of the end of winding are wound on a terminal 28 at the lower face of the terminal board 15, then helical coils 21, 21'' are applied with transposed and split windings, the lead 16 of the start of winding and the lead 17 of the end of winding are wound to terminals 19, 20 of the lower face of the terminal board 15 and soldered, then the result is contained at both ends of the shield case 22, and similarly the transposed and split winding is applied to the bobbin 13 and wired so as to form the helical coil 21' only, which is contained in the shield case 22 and the helical coil 21 is formed. Thus, the wiring of each lead is conducted by an automatic winding machine, the man-hour is reduced and the variation in the windings is eliminated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain easily an object band width without changing a shield case by providing a coupling winding coupled inductively to one of 1/4 wavelength resonators, connecting one end of the coupling winding to one end of the other 1/4 wavelength resonator to change the number of windings of the coupling winding or the winding position. CONSTITUTION:A coupling adjusting barrier 6 having a coupling window 5 is provided to chambers divided into two by a center barrier 7 of a shield case 4, an input coil 1 is stored in one chamber and an output coil 3 is stored in the other chamber. Four chambers are assembled respectively with the 1/4 wavelength resonators 2a-2d, one end of the resonators 2a, 2c, 2d is connected to the shield case 4 and the other end is made free. Furthermore, the coupling winding 8 is stored in the chamber storing the 1/4 wavelength resonator 2c, the coupling winding 8 is led out by a coupling line 9 while being isolated from the shield case 4 and connected to one end of the 1/4 wavelength resonator 2b. Thus, it is possible to change the coupling between the 1/4 wavelength resonator 2b and the other 1/4 wavelength resonator 2c by changing the coupling between the coupling winding 8 and the 1/4 wavelength resonator 2c.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To match input and output impedances to each other by separating two or more 1/4 wavelength resonators, which are used in a video intermediate frequency circuit, with a sheild case and coupling inductively one ends of these resonators with auxiliary windings and providing a trap circuit in one ends of auxiliary windings. CONSTITUTION:A BPF13 is provided between a tuner circuit 11 and an intermediate frequency amplifier circuit 12 in the video intermediate frequency circuit, and input/output impedances of this BPF13 are matched by a trap circuit 14. The BPF13 is provided with one or more 1/4 wavelength resonance coils 16, and individual coils 16 are separated from one another by a shield case 15. An input coil 17 and an output coil 18 are connected to the preceding stage and the succeeding stage of the coils 16 respectively, and auxiliary windings 19 are connected to intermediate coils 16 by a connecting line 20. The trap circuit consisting of capacitors 21 and 22 and a coil 23 is connected to these auxiliary windings. Thus, impedance matching between input and output coils 17 and 18 is facilitated.
