Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to exceedingly simplify the circuit construction, by using each one of multiplying circuit and adding and subtracting circuit for a digital filter which is effective when used in a voice synthesizing circuit utilizing the principle of grid-shaped linear forecast encoding. CONSTITUTION:The information of coefficient Kn is inputted into input (a) of one- step delayed circuit 100, and the output of shift register 108 is inputted into input (b) of multiplying circuit 102 through shift register 101. Then, during period T1, the output of intermittent shift register 109 is inputted, during period T2, driving signal U is inputted, and, during period T2-T20, the output of adding and substracting circuit 106 is inputted into the input of register 108. Moreover, register 109 is operated during period T11-T20-T2 and stopped during period T2-T10. The contents of latch circuit 110 is held during period T2-T20-T1 and updated when the period is shifted from T1 to T2. By this, the circuit construction is exceedingly simplified.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a read error caused by skew, by detecting a head pulse output signal of each word, after that, sampling a pulse output signal of each track at prescribed intervals for a constant time, and comparing the number of times of ''1'' with a reference value. CONSTITUTION:A head pulse output signal of each word is detected by a controlling circuit 1, and after that, a counting signal C and a discriminating signal (d) are outputted at a pulse interval being much shorter than the minimum pulse width of a read-out output signal, and also for a constant time being longer than the sum of the minimum pulse width of the read-out pulse output signal and the minimum skew time. In counting circuits 2-4, read-out pulse signals b0-b1 from each track are sampled by the counting signal (c), and the number of times of ''1'' is counted, respectively. According to such a constitution, a pulse train output time of the counting signal (c) is longer than a time which has added the minimum pulse width of the read-out pulse output signal from each track, and the maximum skew time, therefore, a read error caused by skew is prevented.

CONSTITUTION:An optional signal is selected through a selecting means 1 among the signals corresponding to the several kinds of specified messages to be prepared and transmitted. With push of a switch A of the means 1, the signal is converted into the corresponding code 00 through an encoder 2 to be modulated at a transmission part 3 and then received at a remote reception part 5 via a communication circuit 4 to be demodulated. The demodulated coded signal 00 is converted into a corresponding message indication signal through a decoder 6. Then a voice producing device 7 produces a message in accordance with the input of the indication signal.
