Abstract: PURPOSE:To lower the intermediate pressure in a back pressure chamber, facilitate the oil feeding to various bearings, and prevent seizure by guiding the refrigerant gas in the back pressure chamber of a rotary scroll into the intake chamber of a fixed scroll via a connecting pipe provided with a pressure adjusting valve in the middle. CONSTITUTION:A compressor is provided with a fixed scroll 1, a rotary scroll 2, a member 3 preventing the revolution of the rotary scroll 2, multiple bearings 5-7 supporting a main shaft 4, a motor 8, and a block 9 fixing the fixed scroll 1, and these components are stored in a sealed container 10 respectively. A connecting pipe 24 communicating a back pressure chamber 20 surrounded with the back face of the rotary scroll 2 and the block 9 to an intake pipe 11 guiding the refrigerant gas into the intake chamber 12 of the fixed scroll 1 and guiding the refrigerant gas in the back pressure chamber 20 into the intake pipe 11 is provided in this constitution. A pressure adjusting valve 25 adjusting the pressure in the back pressure chamber 20 is arranged in the middle of the connecting pipe 24 outside the sealed container 10.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable upper and bottom pars of an electric motor to be uniformly cooled by delivered refrigerant gas, by providing two long and short ducts in bottom parts of two communication paths through which a delivery chamber communicates with an electric motor chamber. CONSTITUTION:Communication paths 16, 17 and 22, 23, through which a delivery chamber 15 communicates with an electric motor chamber 18, are provided in the peripheral parts of a block 9 and a fixed scroll 1. And a short duct 21 and a long duct 24 are mounted into an enclosed vessel 10 respectively guiding delivered refrigerant gas to an upper part of an electric motor 8, in bottom parts of one communication paths 16, 17, while to a bottom part of the electric motor 8 in the bottom parts of the other communication paths 22, 23. In this way, a compressor, which uniformly cools the upper and bottom parts of the electric motor 8, enables the prevention to be promoted from a decrease of ability in a refrigerant system.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a compressor to reduce its lubricating oil brought out to the outside of the compressor, by providing a partitioning plate between the lowermost part of an electric motor and the lubricating oil accumulated in the bottom part of an enclosed vessel. CONSTITUTION:Communication paths 25, 26, through which a delivery chamber 15 communicates with an electric motor chamber 18, are provided in the peripheral part of a block 9 and a fixed scroll 1, and in the bottom part of the communication paths 25, 26, a long duct 27, which introduces delivered refrigerant gas to the bottom part of an electric motor 8, is mounted into an enclosed vessel 10. And a partitioning plate 28 is mounted between the lowermost part of the electric motor 8 and lubricating oil accumulated in the bottom part of the enclosed vessel 10. Here the lubricating oil, which is allowed to flow together with the refrigerant gas guided to the bottom part of the electric motor 8 by the duct 27, is separated from the refrigerant gas when the oil collides against the partitioning plate 28, and the lubricating oil, which drops down by its dead weight being again accumulated to the bottom part of the enclosed vessel 10, is supplied for lubrication of each part. Accordingly, a compressor, which can reduce the lubricating oil brought out to the outside of the compressor, enables a refrigerant system to be prevented from decreasing its ability.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent drop of EER by providing an outward stretching and an inward stretching groove at ring-shaped groove formed on the mirror plate of a revolving scroll, and giving the passage resistance of the groove in the inside direction a greater value than the passage resistances of said ring-shaped groove and the groove in outside direction. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 24, 25 stretching outward and inwards are provided in a ring-shaped groove 23 formed in the mirror plate 2a of a revolving scroll 2, wherein the passage resistance of the groove 25 is given a greater value than the ring-shaped groove 23 and the outward stretching groove 24. Thereby the oil in a back pressure chamber 20 is led to a suction chamber 12 from the outward stretching groove 24 via said ring-shaped groove 23 and inward stretching groove 25 through the action of differential pressure with respect to this suction chamber 12, which enables oil supply to the mirror plate 2a from back pressure chamber 20 in a short while after of operation. Therefore, EER (energy consuming efficiency) can be prevented from dropping due to increase in the mechanical loss.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the reduction of the efficiency of energy consumption (EER) by communicating the intake chamber of a fixed scroll and a lubricating oil chamber with a pipe and providing a shape memory alloy spring controlling its switching valve. CONSTITUTION:The intake chamber 12 of a fixed scroll 1 and a lubricating oil chamber 22 are communicated with a pipe 23, and its opening or closing is controlled with a shape memory alloy spring 24. The shape memory allow spring 24 is shrunk at the time of cold start, thus a gap is generated between the pipe 23 and a sealing valve 26, and lubricating oil 21 is guided to the intake chamber 12 by the pressure difference. The spring 24 is extended as the operation time elapses and the pipe 23 is sealed, but the viscosity of the lubricating oil 21 is low, and the lubricating oil flows into the intake chamber 12 through fine holes 2b, 2c and fed to a scroll sliding section. At the time of hot start, the pipe 23 is sealed, and oil is guided to the intake chamber 13 through the fine holes 2b, 2c. The oil feed to the scroll sliding section can be quickly performed, thus this is effective to prevent the reduction of the EER due to the mechanical loss such as abrasion.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency, by making a lubrication hole extending to the inside or outside in an annular groove at the outer circumference of a swivel scroll mirror board, thereby reducing abrasion at the sliding portion of the mirror board and the gap between the swivel scroll and a fixed scroll. CONSTITUTION:An annular groove 23 is formed at the outer circumferential section of the mirror board 2a of a swivel scroll 2. A lubrication hole 24 extending outward to communicate with a back pressure chamber 20 and a lubrication hole 25 extending inward to communicate with a suction chamber 12 are formed in said annular groove 23. Lubricant 21 at the lower section of an enclosed container 10 is led by a differential pressure into the back pressure chamber 20, then led through the lubrication hole 24 of the swivel scroll 2, the annular groove 23 and the lubrication hole 25 into the suction chamber 12. Since the annular groove 23 can be lubricated without applying downward pushing force against the swivel scroll 2, the gap between the swivel scroll 2 and a fixed scroll 1 is reduced and the efficiency is improved. Furthermore, quick lubrication is enabled when the compressor is started and the abrasion at the sliding portion is reduced.

CONSTITUTION:Communication passages 16 and 17 connecting a delivery chamber 15 and an electric motor chamber 18 are provided along the external surfaces of a fixed scroll 1 and a block 9a. Also, the external surfaces of the fixed scroll 1 and a block foot 9b are provided with communication passages 22 and 23 different from said passages 16 and 17. As a result, the upper and lower parts of an electric motor can be uniformly cooled with a delivery gas, thereby enabling the prevention of motor burning.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove metal powder or the like in lubricating oil and prevent the abrasion or seizure on a sliding section by providing a filter at the outlet section of a passage from a discharge chamber at the upper section in an enclosed container to a motor chamber below. CONSTITUTION:The inside of an enclosed container 10 is divided into a discharge chamber 15 above and a motor chamber 18 below by the fixed scroll 1 of a compressor and a block 9, and both chambers 15, 18 are communicated with communicating passages 16, 17 formed by the fixed scroll 1 and the block 9. A filter 22 fitted to the inner wall of the enclosed container 10 is arranged near the openings on the motor chamber 18 side of the communicating passages 16, 17, and the metal powder included in a discharge refrigerant and return oil is removed here. Accordingly, no metal powder is mixed in the lubricating oil in an oil sump 21 at the lower section in the enclosed container 10, thus the abrasion or seizure on a sliding section due to metal powder can be prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the performance and the reliability of a scroll fluid machine, by providing holes for the Oldham's key ways of a whirling scroll, communicating an inlet chamber to a back pressure chamber, conducting a lubricating oil to the above Oldham's key ways with a simple structure, and improving the lubrication of an Oldham's ring portion. CONSTITUTION:The Oldham's key ways 2a, 2b of a whirling scroll 2 are provided with holes 16, 17 which communicate a low pressure chamber 14 and a back pressure chamber 13 with each other. With this structure, a lubricating oil 11 which was stored in the lower portion of a sealed receptacle 10 is conducted to the back pressure chamber 13 after lubricating a whirl bearing 5 and a main bearing 6 by means of a pressure difference between a discharge pressure Pd and a middle pressure Pm. The lubricating oil in the back pressure chamber 13 is conducted to the lower pressure chamber 14 through the small holes 16, 17 which are provided for the Oldham's key ways 2a, 2b of the whirling scroll 2 so as to lubricate the laps of a fixed scroll 1 and the whirling scroll 2. As a result, the lubricating ability of the Oldham's ring of the whirling scroll 2 is improved and its abrasion is prevented, so that the performance and the reliability of a scroll fluid machine can be improved.
