Abstract: A vibrating compressor of the present invention, which comprises a piston driving section for driving a piston by supplying a piston driving force, a displacement detecting section connected in an axial direction of the piston, an upper dead point position detecting section for detecting an upper dead point position based on a piston position signal from the displacement detecting section, and a driving force control section for changing the driving force supplied to the piston by the piston driving section according to a difference between the upper dead point position and a preset upper dead point position reference value immediately after the upper dead point position detecting section detects the upper dead point position, prevents its compression efficiency from decreasing due to stabilization and prevents a device from being damaged. In the vibrating compressor, it is also possible to calculate a stroke based on a detected piston position or to control the driving force based on a detected frequency.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration level of an outer shell due to dynamic vibration absorber effect and reduce generation of compressor noise by bringing resonance frequencies of an outer shell and a leg supporting the outer shell into a closer level. SOLUTION: An outer shell 1 shows the largest amplitude in its resonance at its portion near an electrode terminal 15 arranged on a flat portion 16. A weight 14 is welded to the outer shell 1 at its portion near the electrode terminal 15. A resonance frequency of the outer shell 1 is shifted to a lower frequency side by arranging the weight 14 onto the outer shell 1. By combining the outer shell 11 with a leg 13, a frequency different from each case is obtained. The resonance frequencies of the outer shell 11 and the leg 13 are arranged with each other by the presence of the weight 14. It is thus possible to suppress a vibration level of the outer shell 11 due to dynamic vibration absorber effect, and reduce generation of noises.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain temperature rising of refrigerant gas and improve refrigerating efficiency by preventing heat of high temperature gas delivered from the inside of a cylinder to a delivery chamber from being added to refrigerant gas sucked into a suction chamber through a cylinder head. SOLUTION: A suction cylinder head 14 having a suction chamber 9 for guiding refrigerant gas into a cylinder 2, and a delivery cylinder head 15 having a delivery chamber 10 for delivering high temperature gas compressed in the cylinder 2 are respectively mounted to head parts of the cylinder 2 in the condition that the both cylinder heads 14, 15 are separated from each other by providing a gap 16 between them. Thus, even when the delivery cylinder head 15 is heated by high temperature gas remaining in the delivery chamber 10, heat conduction from the delivery cylinder head 15 to the suction cylinder head 14 is shut off by the gap 16, and therefore, temperature rising of refrigerant gas in the suction chamber 9 is restrained to improve refrigerating efficiency.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable effect of noise suppressing not to be decreased by a method wherein a connecting pipe length is set to a specified length. CONSTITUTION:A pressure pulsation generated within a cylinder 7 is attenuated in the case that a first noise suppressing device 12 and a second noise suppressing device 13 constructed by a recessed part and a discharging chamber 10a as well as the chamber may act as an expansion type noise suppressing device and then refrigerant passes through discharging chambers 10a and 13a. In this case, as the length of a connected pipe 11 is set to a length satisfying equations I and II, it is possible to increase weight or decrease weight of acoustic mass of the connecting pipe 11 in respect to an air column resonance mode generated between the first noise suppressing device 12 and the second noise suppressing device 13 and then an air column resonance frequency is moved out of a low range or a wide range resonance. Due to this fact, it is possible to make a positive avoidance of the air column resonance frequency from a pressure pulsation basic frequency and further to prevent a reduction of an effect of noise suppressing at frequencies near the fundamental frequency.
