    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the number of discharge holes and limit the source of sound to one alone and reduce noise by providing ear pieces on the anti- discharge side of a discharge lead to seal one discharge hole formed at a valve plate, providing a spring lead to push-press both sides of the ear pieces at two places. CONSTITUTION:A long recessed place 82 is formed on a side that faces a piston, at a valve plate 70 to close the opening end of the cylinder block of a hermetic compressor, and at the same time a discharge hole 79 that faces the recessed place 82 and is equipped with an annular discharge valve seat 83 is formed. Also, in the recessed place 82, a discharge lead 84 to seal the discharge hole 79 is arranged, and on the anti-discharge hole side of the lead 84, ear pieces 86 to be inserted into one end portion 87 of the recessed place 82 are formed, and both end portions of the ear pieces 86 are fixed by bending the leg piece tip 113 of a spring lead 111 and conducting push-pressing at two pieces, and the spring sheet 111 is fixed at the valve plate 70 by means of a stopper 92, and the above stopper 92, spring sheet 111 and recessed place 82 are covered with a discharge plenum.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain inhaled gas from being heated in the inhaling channel and prevent refrigerating capacity from deteriorated by providing a cover to cover an insertion pipe, a tight coil spring and an inhaling noise eliminator, and forming a layer of low temperature gas inside the cover. CONSTITUTION:An insertion pipe 5, a tight coil spring 6 and an inhaling noise eliminator 7 are covered with a cover 8 and a layer of low temperature gas 10 is formed in the interior of the cover. The low temperature inhaled gas leaks a little through the gaps between the tight coil spring by which the low temperature gas layer inside the cover 8 is maintained. Heating of the inhaled gas flowing through inside the inhaling channel by the high temperature atmosphere gas inside an enclosing outer cover can be reduced by means of the low temperature gas layer and the adiabatic effect of the cover. Thus, due to the action of the low temperature inhaled gas, the low temperature gas layer 10 can be formed inside the cover 8, heating of the inhaled gas in inhaling channel can be restrained and deterioration of the refrigerating capacity can be overcame.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent any insulation failure in an airtight terminal as well as to simplify the connecting of a lead to this airtight terminal by covering the inward of the airtight terminal so as to make the peripheral edge of a closed cover cohere to a hermetically sealed vessel, and having a cluster pressed in an inserting part of the closed cover. CONSTITUTION:A cluster 5 is installed in the edge of a lead 4 in a motor 3. In addition, a compressive element 2 and this motor 3 are housed in a hermetically sealed vessel 1. Moreover, an airtight terminal 6 is sealed up and clamped after piercing through a side lower part of the hermetically sealed vessel 1. A closed cover 7 is made of plastics provided with flexibility, heat resistance and insulatingness, covering the inward of the airtight terminal 6, thereby sticking the peripheral edge to an inner wall surface of the vessel 1. At this time, a pin hole 9 is installed in the closed cover 7 so as to make a terminal pin 8 insertable. In addition, a cluster inserting part 10 is installed inward the closed cover 7, and the cluster 5 is pressed in and clamped tight.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the sealing performance and enhance the volume and compression efficiencies of a valve device by forming plural delivery holes through a valve plate, and also disposing a delivery read valve in the form of leaf valves independent from each other for each delivery hole in such a manner that the reed valve can be opened and closed. CONSTITUTION:A recessed portion 21 having a delivery valve seat 20 and two delivery holes 3 are formed in respective portions of that side of a valve plate 4 which is opposite to a piston 15. A delivery reed valve 22 for opening or closing each delivery hole 3 is stored in the recessed portion 21. A stopper 23 for regulating the amount of the lift of the delivery reed valve 22 is fixed to the valve plate 4. In this case, the delivery reed valve 22 is formed into two leaf valves 22a, 22b independent from each other for each delivery hole 3. Regardless of a step H formed in the delivery valve seat 20 of each delivery hole 3, which seat is finished by mealing process, good sealing property is se cured by the shape of each leaf valve 22a, 22b of the delivery reed valve 22 to open or close each delivery hole 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the extent of compressor volumetric efficiency by installing a reed recess and a holder recess both at the opposite piston side of a valve plate, housing a reed and pinching it with a holder, and holding this holder between the holder recess and a cylinder head. CONSTITUTION:A reed recess 11 housing a discharge port 4 and a reed 5 and a holder recess 12 are installed at the opposite piston side of a valve plate 10 in a compressor, thereby installing a holder 13. The reed 5 is held between the reed recess 11 and the holder 13 and, in turn, this holder 13 is held between the holder recess 12 and a cylinder head 14. This constitution can be assembled with few parts, and since a top volume is reduced, the extent of compressor volumetric efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make the main shaft and the eccentric shaft diameters of a crankshaft smaller and supply oil to respective sliding parts by satisfying a prescribed formula of a communicating hole in a centrifugal pump formed at the crankshaft to the main shaft of the crankshaft. CONSTITUTION:Diameters of the main shaft 4a and the eccentric shaft 4b of a crankshaft 4 are relatively smaller than conventional ones. A feed oil port 8 which fixes a feed oil pipe 7 is the same as conventional one, and an eccentric amount S to the main shaft 4a of the crankshaft 4 is the same. In a communicating hole 6, an intersection point of the centroid A of the feed oil port 8 and the top edge surface 4c of the crankshaft 4 is taken as a starting point, and the communicating hole 6 is machined at an oblique position of angle theta which satisfies a formula I (where, D: main shaft outer diameter of crankshaft, H: eccentric part length of crankshaft, theta: inclination angle of communicating hole, and (d) : communicating hole diameter). With this constitution, it is thus possible to make the diameter of the crankshaft 4 smaller and supply oil 9 to respective sliding parts in the centrifugal pump 5 through the oblique communicating hole 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve volumetric efficiency by forming a recessed part, provided with a delivery valve seat in the end face of a valve plate, and also a notch in this recessed part, and fitting a protrusion of a delivery reed valve and a point end part of a spring to this notch to reduce the clearance volume. CONSTITUTION:In a valve device for a reciprocating compressor of relatively small size, a recessed part 21, provided with a delivery valve seat 20 in the end face in an opposite side to a piston 17 of a valve plate 4, is formed therein. A protrusion 23a of a delivery reed valve 23 for opening/closing a delivery hole 3 and a point end part 24a of a spring 24 for pressing the delivery reed valve 23 suitably to the delivery valve seat 20 are fitted to a notch 22 by providing it in this recessed part 21. A stopper 25 for retaining the spring 24 is fixedly calked by a rivet 26. In this way, volumetric efficiency is improved by making it possible to decrease thickness of the valve plate 4 in the delivery hole 3 and to reduce the clearance volume.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a valve unit having a high efficiency which can be assembled automatically easily at a low cost by containing lead in a recess part for lead in a plate and reducing the top volume in a discharge hole. CONSTITUTION:A plate 51 provided in one end surface of a cylinder is provided with a recess part 52 for lead having a discharge hole 2 on the opposite side of the cylinder, and recess parts 54 for holders at both ends of the recess part 52 for lead. Lead 58 is held by a holder 56 fixed by applying both ends of the holder 56 to the recess parts 54 for holders and caulking rivets 57 and the recess part 52 for lead. Because the lead 58 is contained in the recess part 52 for lead, the top volume of the discharge hole 2 is small, and as the re- expansion quantity of high-temperature high-pressure cooling medium compressed by motion of a piston is reduced, the volume efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly of a valve device by stopping an almost M- shaped leaf spring to a plate, provided with a delivery hole, to be fixedly pressed to a stopper, which holds a reed for opening and closing the delivery hole, in the center part of the leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:This valve device, which is arranged in a cylinder end face of a compressor part housed in a closed vessel, has a plate 51 provided in the end face of a cylinder. This plate 51 has a recessed part 52, provided with a delivery hole 53, in a side opposite to the cylinder, and a stopper hole 54, having a step difference with a cylinder side spread in the center direction, is provided in both ends of this recessed part 52. In the recessed part 52, a reed 55 is arranged, so as to cover the delivery hole 53, and held by the recessed part 52 of the plate 51 and a stopper 56. A hook part 58, in which both ends of an almost M-shaped leaf spring 57 are folded to the inside, is hooked to the step difference of the stopper hole 54, and the stopper 56 is pressed to the recessed part 52 of the plate 51 by the center part of this leaf spring 57.

A protrusion 23a of a delivery reed valve 23 for opening/closing a delivery hole 3 and a point end part 24a of a stopper 24 for restricting a lift amount of the delivery reed valve 23 are fitted to a notch 22 provided in this recessed part 21, and these protrusion and point end part are fixed by calking with a rivet 25. In this way, the delivery reed valve 23 can be positioned by the notch 22 even when the valve plate 4 is formed in small thickness in the delivery hole 3, so that it is surely opened and closed. Volumetric efficiency is improved by reducing the clearance volume.
