Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove the dust adhered to a condenser without increasing the power consumption by setting the optimal reverse operation time. SOLUTION: This cooling device for automatic vending machine is formed of a fan motor 4 for condenser to be normally and reversely turned so as to cool a compressor 2 and a condenser 3, a condenser temperature detecting means 9 for detecting the outlet temperature of the condenser 3, a fan motor for condenser control means 10 for normally rotating the fan motor 4 for condenser and for reversely rotating the fan motor 4 in the predetermined time, a cooling control means 11 for commanding the fan motor for condenser control means 10 so that the fan motor 4 for condenser is reversely rotated in a longer time as the temperature detected by the condenser temperature detecting means 9 is higher. Since the reverse operation time of the fan motor 4 for condenser is set in response to the temperature detected by the condenser temperature detecting means 9, the wasted operation of the fan motor 4 for condenser is prevented, and the power consumption can be reduced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for refrigerating goods quickly until optimum temperature for sale when load balance of refrigeration in each goods storage becomes worse due to supplement of goods. SOLUTION: A vending machine has goods storages 1A, 1B which have refrigerators 2A, 2B. The refrigerators 2A, 2B have valves 5A, 5B which are located at intake of refrigerating medium, and temperature measuring means 15A, 15B of the refrigerators 2A, 2B. Temperature measuring means 16A, 16B of goods are disposed in the storages 1A, 1B. If both measured temperatures by the means 16A, 16B are higher than prescribed temperature, a refrigerating control means 18A compares measured temperatures by the means 15A and 15B. If difference between measured temperatures by the means 15A, 15B is larger than specified temperature, the means 18A controls to close the valve of colder storage so that the means 18A can refrigerate each storage well- balanced.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a cooling device by preventing the service life of a horizontal rotary compressor from becoming shorter by restricting the liquid refrigerant sucking amount of the compressor from a lubricating mechanism section at a low temperature. SOLUTION: A cooling device uses hydrofluorocarbons as refrigerants 12A and 12B and oil having no mutual solubility with the refrigerants as the lubricating oil 11 of a horizontal rotary compressor 5 and is provided with a heater control means which controls the energization of a belt-like heater 17 wound around the barrel section of the central shell of the compressor 5 in the longitudinal direction, an outside air temperature detecting means which detects the temperature of the outside air, and an arithmetic processing section which causes the heater control means to energize the heater 17 when the outside temperature detected by the outside air temperature detecting means is lower than a prescribed value. Therefore, the energy consumption of the cooling device can be reduced and the compressor 5 does not suck the liquid refrigerants from a lubricating mechanism section. Therefore, the service life of the compressor 5 is prevented from becoming shorter and the reliability of the cooling device can be improved.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To return non-soluble lubricating oil staying in an evaporator with a high pressure refrigerant from the inside of an evaporator to a compressor by detecting the start of the compressor, and opening a solenoid valve provided on a bypass piping for a predetermined time. SOLUTION: When starting detection means 11 detects starting of a compressor 1, a solenoid valve control part 12 opens a solenoid valve 10, and returns non-soluble lubricating oil 8 staying in an evaporator 4 to the compressor 1 through an accumulator 5 with the aid of the high pressure liquid refrigerant. Herein, a timer 13 measures open time since the solenoid valve control part 12 starts opening the solenoid valve 10. Open time judgement means 14 judges whether or not the open time exceeds the set predetermined time, and if it judges that the predetermined time has passed, it closes the solenoid valve 10. Thus, there is eliminated heat exchange obstruction of the evaporator, and oil return to a cooler is secured to improve reliability.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To protect a light transmitting member and various plastic parts and electrical parts by controlling an illuminating lamp by a switching operation when an intra-door temperature is low and turning off the illuminating lamp by turning off an automatic temperature controller when the intra-door temperature becomes high. CONSTITUTION:An automatic temperature controller 14 is under an ON state when the title automatic vending machine is installed indoors or outdoors, and the temperature of a merchandise display room is below a fixed temperature during the night, etc. Consequently, the turning on, the turning off, and the automatic flickering of the illuminating lamp can be controlled by operating a switch 11. On the other hand, when the switch 11 is set to a terminal 11b under direct sunlight during summer, the temperatures of respective merchandise display rooms (which are to be arranged into three steps) become the fixed temperature or above because of the direct sunlight and heat generation from three illuminating lamps provided for the upper parts of the respective merchandise display rooms, and the controller 14 is turned off. As the result, the power applied to a coil 12a of a relay is disconnected, a relay contact 12b is opened, and the three illuminating lamps are turned off. Consequently, the respective temperatures of the respective merchandise display rooms never become the fixed temperature or above, and the various plastic parts and electrical parts in the respective display rooms can be protected.

SOLUTION: The overall width of a heat exchanger can be contracted, without the cooling capacity of itself dropping, by arranging the constitution such that a pipe 31 and a coupling pipe 32 can be welded to each other, with the position of their connection close to a side plate 35a, by making a part of either of the side plates 35a and 35b provided on both sides of fins 36 a thermosensitive tube 37 being processed inward into tubular form.
