CONSTITUTION:There are provided a forced cooling switch 3 for forcedly controlling operations of a compressor and a fan, and door opening/closing detection means 21. When the door is opened/closed in the forced cooling operation by operation of the forced csooling switch 3, a fan motor is reduced in its number of revolutions for a predetermined time, while the fan motor is operated at high revolutions in another situation.

CONSTITUTION:The interior of a refrigerator formed by an inner box 2 is vertically divided with a partitioning wall 14 and a cooler 17 is housed on the rear side of a refrigerated chamber 15 formed in a lower stage. A low temperature container 19 is laid out on the lowest part of a cold storage chamber 16 formed on an upper stage while a vegetable container 21 is laid out above.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the elongation of an ice making time due to defrosting effect, by a method wherein a temperature detecting means is provided near an ice making pan while the conduction of the heater of a heating panel is stopped after finishing defrosting and upon defrosting during ice making operation until the temperature of the temperature detecting means has become a given temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the defrosting timer 28 of a defrosting control unit 26 has accumulated a predetermined time and has entered into defrosting operation during ice making operation after throwing an ice making switch 16, the input of an OR circuit 41 is the 'H' signal of the output of the defrosting timer 28 and the 'H' signal of a comparison circuit 42, when the temperature of a thermistor 40 is higher than Tx deg.C after finishing defrosting, but the 'L' signal of the same, when the temperature of the same is lower than Tx deg.C, therefore, the OR circuit 41 outputs 'H' signal during the time (t0') of the defrosting and a time until the temperature has become Tx deg.C after finishing the defrosting. This signal is converted into 'L' signal by an inverter 39 and converts one of the input of an AND circuit 38 into 'L'. Accordingly, the output of the AND circuit 38 becomes 'L' and a transistor 33 is put OFF whereby the conduction of a relay coil 34 is intercepted. Then, a relay contact 21 is put OFF and the conduction of the heater 11 of a heating plate 10 may be intercepted.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve storage quality of food and to contrive an energy conservation by enhancing housing properties and an internal volume efficiency of an area having good handling operability of a central portion in a mounting constitution of a cooling functional component. SOLUTION: A cold storage chamber 44 and a vegetable chamber 45 are formed in an upper portion of a heat insulation wall 43. A deep freezing chamber 46 is formed in a lower portion. A compressor 57 and a first cooler 58 are juxtaposed in left and right directions at a rear side of the chamber 46. A blower 59 is disposed at an upper portion of the cooler 48, and an electronic control board 78 is disposed at a rear side of the cooler 58. A second cooler 6 and a second blower 66 are provided at an upper rear side of the chamber 44. Thus, the chambers 46, 44 and 45 are independently cooled at necessary sufficient cold air temperature to suppress supercooling of a storage article and to enhance a cooling efficiency. Cooling functional components are concentrated in a lower portion to improve a mounting efficiency, and housing properties are improved owing to an increase in a depth of the chamber 45.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable dew prevention with less energy consumption by arranging an outside air humidity sensor in the vicinity of the door hinge cover on the top of a casing, or a substrate storage, and controlling the current application to the dew condensation preventive heater provided at the partition part of the door. SOLUTION: A casing surface temperature sensor 9 or an outside air humidity sensor 10 is arranged in the vicinity or the like of the hinge cover part 8 of the door at the top of the casing or the substrate storage of a refrigerator where there is little influence of the temperature by the outflow of the chill caused by the opening or closing of a door or the heat radiation caused by the fan of a condenser, and dew deposition is hard to occur. Then, the detection signals of the casing surface temperature sensor 9 and the outside air humidity sensor 10 are inputted into a controller 13, and in the controller 13, it becomes possible to perform dew prevention with less energy consumption by computing the quantity of current application to each dew preventive heater 7a-7c, based on these signals, and inputting the required power to the dew preventive heaters 7a-7c into on-off elements 11a-11c by the control signals.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To shorten a time in which a food is frozen and to suppress the generation of power consumption by a method wherein when a suction cold air temperature is low during quick-freezing operation, a fan motor is rotated at a high speed and meanwhile, when a delivery cold air temperature is high, the fan motor is rotated at a low speed. CONSTITUTION:A suction cold air temperature detecting means 21 is provided for detecting the temperature of suction cold air to a freezing chamber composed of a cooling system, and a detected signal therefrom is inputted to a microcomputer 11 of a control part B. When an operation switch 3 is turned ON and a quick-freezing operation command is inputted to a microcomputer 11, the number of revolutions of a fan motor 6 for driving a blast fan is varied according to a suction cold air temperature. Namely, when a suction cold air temperature is sufficiently low, a relay contact 22 is closed, capacity of a capacitor for driving the fan motor 6 is increased, and the number of revolutions is increased. Meanwhile, the relay contact 22 is opened and the circuit of a capacitor 16 is separated to reduce the number of revolutions of the fan motor 6.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform an automatic storing of a large amount of ices having a high transparency and a high purity in an ice storing box by a method wherein an ice making process is started from an upper surface of the ice making pan and non-freezed water containing gaseous component or some impurities discharged downwardly is separated from it. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined amount of water in a water supplying tank 36 is supplied into an ice making pan 16 through an ice storing pan 39 and through a water supplying pipe 41. One-way freezing operation is carried out from a water surface to a lower part under a thermal insulating action provided by a thermal insulation tank 9, a heating operation with a heater 15 from a lower surface and a cold air within a freezing chamber 7. Gaseous components or impurites in the water are discharged into the lower water and the ice crystals are formed. Then, as the first supporting shaft driving device 23 is operated at such a time as one in which the ices show a proper thickness, the ice making pan 16 is reversed in its rotation to remove ices, resulting in that the ices are dropped onto a water drain pan. Non- freezed water containing gaseous components and having a high degree of concentration of impurities is separated and its water is drained and the water is discharged through the water discharging pipe. The water drain pan having some ices therein is rotated in a reverse direction by a driving device for the second supporting shaft 22 and the ices having a high degree of transparency and high degree of purity are dropped and stored into an ice storing box.
