    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the improvement in the heat transfer coefficient of a heat exchanger with a fin, and to increase the amount of heat exchange, concerning the heat exchanger with the fin, which is used for air conditioners and refrigerating machines, and which receives and transmits heat between refrigerant and fluid such as air. SOLUTION: A slit-shaped louvered part 7 group, which has a section 7' that is formed to be parallel to the draft direction, and which has the height that is higher toward the center from both ends to form an angle shape, is provided. The width of the draft downstream side of the louvered part 7 adjoining the draft downstream side of a heat transfer tube 2, of the louvered part 7 group, is enlarged to the direction of the adjoining heat transfer tube 2, so as to promote the turbulent effects of air, and to reduce the water shut-off area that is located rearward of the draft of the heat transfer tube 2. Moreover, the air side heat transfer coefficient between air and the fin 5 is improved, and the amount of heat exchange of the heat exchanger with the fin can be increased.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a sudden decline in the amount of heat exchange at the time of frosting, and to decrease the frequency and time of defrosting operation, concerning a heat exchanger with a fin, which receives and transmits heat between the refrigerant and air of air conditioners, refrigerating machines, car equipment, etc., and fluid such as air. SOLUTION: A heat insulating cut 7 is provided between a heat transfer tube 2 and a louvered part 6 in the direction in which the heat conducting path between the heat transfer tube 2 and the louvered part 6 is lengthened. Thereby, the heat conduction to the louvered part 6' adjoining the heat transfer tube 2 with the large amount of frosting is suppressed, and the frosting to the louvered part 6' adjoining the heat transfer tube 2 is eased. The sudden decline in the amount of heat exchange at the time of heating operation can be suppressed, and also the time of heating operation can be extended by allowing relatively uniform frosting.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the capability reduction at the time of heating operation due to the condensation of moisture during winter and the generation of frost, and at the same time, extend the heating operation time regarding a heat- exchanger having fin, which is used for air conditioner and refrigerating equipment, and performs the giving/receiving of heat between a refrigerant and a fluid such as air. SOLUTION: By providing a slit-form parallel cut and erected part 7 wherein the cut and erected part's cut surface 7' becomes in parallel with an air flowing direction, and the height is formed into a mountain-shape becoming higher to the center from both ends, and a vertical cut and erected part 8 wherein the cut surface 8' becomes vertical to the air flowing direction, between the parallel cut and erected part 7 and a heat exchanger tube 2, a channelling of the air is generated, and the capability reduction at the time of heating operation during winter is suppressed, and the heating operation time can be extended.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in an air side heat transfer rate and to suppress a decrease in a cooling capability of a heat conveying circuit in the circuit for conveying the air or the like, in a refrigerator used for an air forcibly circulating type cooling equipment such as a cold storage cabinet, a refrigerator with a deep freezer or the like to communicate a heat between the refrigerant and the fluid such as the air. SOLUTION: Louvers 8 are provided at a surface of fins 7 of a heat exchanger with the fins so that an opening 9 becomes substantially perpendicular to the air flowing toward the exchanger 6 from a wall 5 by the air flowing through a bypass air duct 5. Thus, since a temperature boundary layer is most effectively updated while suppressing an increase in a ventilating resistance, and a heat transfer rate of the air side can be improved, a decrease in the cooling capability of the heat conveying circuit can be suppressed.

SOLUTION: The quantity of refrigerant being encapsulated in the heat exchanger can be reduced while suppressing degradation in the capacity of the heat exchanger when a heat transfer tube 4 is employed in a heat exchanger, e.g. an evaporator, by inserting a cylindrical baffle rod 3 in parallel with the axial direction of a cylindrical hollow tube 4a and closely to the axis thereby reducing the cross-sectional area of refrigerant in the heat transfer tube 4 without reducing the diameter thereof.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with a fin which can suppress the sudden decline in the amount of heat exchange in frosting, while promoting the heat transfer between a fin and draft. SOLUTION: The surface of a fin 4 is provided with a perpendicular slit 5 which is cut perpendicularly to the direction of draft to be erected, and with a horizontal slit 6 which is cut in parallel with the direction of the draft to be erected. The horizontal slit 6 is provided at the front row side to the draft direction, and the perpendicular slit 5 is provided at the rear row side to the draft direction. Thereby, the blocking of the front row path of a heat exchanger due to frosting can be delayed, while the promotion of the heat transfer between the fin 4 and the draft is maintained, so that the sudden decline in the amount of heat exchange due to the decline in the amount of air can be suppressed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tin-plate heat exchanger in which abrupt decrease of heat exchanging quantity can be suppressed upon frosting while decreasing the number of times of defrost operation and shortening the defrost operation time. SOLUTION: Choking of an air flow channel can be delayed unit the tins 1 on the downstream side, where the frosting quantity is low, is choked by performing mechanical defrosting on the upstream side of the fin 1 using a defrosting means, i.e. a frost scraper 3, made of a series of metals inserted between the fins 1 on the upstream side movably along the fin 1. Furthermore, since the frosting quantity is high at the front edge on the upstream side at the fin 1 and the frosting quantity can be decreased on the downstream side, abrupt decrease of heat exchanging quantity due to decrease in the quantity of air flow can be suppressed and the number of times of defrost operation can be decreased. Since defrosting is performed using the frost scraper 3 at the front edge on the upstream side of the fin, the defrost operation time can be shortened.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fin-plate heat exchanger in which abrupt lowering of heat exchanging quantity is suppressed upon frosting while decreasing the number of times of defrost operation. SOLUTION: When the flow rate of coolant flowing through a coolant channel 7a on the upstream side of air flow is set lower than the flow rate of coolant flowing through a coolant channel 7b on the downstream side of air flow, the heat exchanging quantity is decreased on the upstream side of air flow and the frosting quantity can be reduced on the upstream side. On the downstream side, the heat exchanging quantity can be increased although the frosting quantity is increased. Consequently, the frosting quantity of a fin 1 can be equalized on the upstream side and the downstream side of air flow while sustaining the heat exchanging quantity and the time to be elapsed before the air flow channel is choked can be prolonged significantly. According to the structure, abrupt lowering of heat exchanging quantity due to decrease in the quantity of air flow is suppressed and the number of times of defrost operation can be decreased.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a supercooled state of condensate gathering between fins, thereby to make the fins hard to be frosted and to enable maintenance of a heating capacity by a method wherein a water-repellent coating agent containing an antimicrobial agent is applied on the surfaces of the fins which are disposed at uniform intervals in parallel and between which gas flows through. SOLUTION: Fins 5 are disposed at uniform intervals in parallel, gas is made to flow through between them and heat exchange is conducted between a refrigerant flowing through a copper tube 2 and the gas flow. A water-repellent coating agent 7 is applied on the surfaces of the fins 5, while an antimicrobial agent 8 is made to exist in the state of being contained in the water-repellent coating agent 7. When the heat exchange is conducted between the gas flow running through between the fins 5 and the water-repellent coating agent 7, waterdrops are formed by condensation on the water-repellent coating agent 7 and remain in the shape of a bridge between the fins 5 and a supercooled state thereof is held by the antimicrobial agent 8. Thereby the remaining waterdrops are hardly frozen to frost and, accordingly, it is possible to prevent clogging of a heat exchanger and to maintain a heating capacity.
