    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing process of a back surface plate of a refrigerator for preventing a leakage of a urethane by pressure contacting the plate with an outer case in a heat insulator foaming step in the process for sealing the plate of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: The sealing process of the back surface plate of the refrigerator comprises the steps of not processing the outer case 11 and the surface plate 12 so that the case 11 is surface contacted with the plate 12, mating the flat surface of the case 11 with that of the plate 12 when assembled, and retaining the mated flat surfaces of the case 11 and the plate 12 by a urethane jig cover 13 after a foaming urethane is charged so that the foaming urethane 19 may not be leaked.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the workability of assembling work of a radiation pipe and the quality thereof. SOLUTION: In a refrigerator comprising a radiation pipe 1 serving as a passage of refrigerant, and a shell, the radiation pipe 1 is inserted into a pipe inserting part provided in the shell and three-dimensional bending of the radiation pipe 1 is performed simultaneously with substantially U-shaped bending of the shell. A radiation pipe 1 not bent three-dimensionally is fixed to a shell 2 not bent into U-shape. The radiation pipe 1 is secured to the shell 2 by means of a dowel 3 and three-dimensional bending of the radiation pipe 1 is performed simultaneously with U-shaped bending of the shell 2.
