Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate the separation of the foamed insulation from the outer casing of metal in disassembling the casing as waste, deviate the need for separating one metal from another, and prevent the work from electrolytic corrosion. CONSTITUTION:An insulation casing is composed of an inner casing 2; an outer casing 1 of metal; a foamed insulating material 3, such as urethane foam, which fills the gap between the inner casing 2 and the outer casing 1; a radiating pipe 7 of metal; and a fin 8 of metal which fixes the metal radiating pipe 7 to the inner side of the outer casing 1. A coating of thermoplastic resin 6 is applied to the surface of the metal fin 8 and the inner side of the outer casing 1. The same kind of metal is used for the outer casing 1, radiating pipe 7, and fin 8.
