    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a motor-driven hermetic compressor by using an oil to cool a cylinder head and its vicinity and lower a suction gas temperature. SOLUTION: A recess 18 is provided at the upper part of a cylinder block 4 for reserving the oil. The oil is transferred from the recess 18, as a starting point, via a through-hole 19 to the outside surface of the cylinder head 13 so that the oil contacts a high temperature portion of the cylinder head 13.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly work efficiency and to prevent the deformation of a receptacle body with a lead-in rib formed by providing one of receptacle bodies of a synthetic resin intake muffler connected to the suction side of a compression element, with the tapered lead-in rib at the mutual assembly opening in a closed type motor-driven compressor. SOLUTION: A closed type motor-driven compressor used for an electric refrigerator or the like is constituted by accommodating a compression element and a motor element for driving it, in a closed container, and provided with an intake muffler including synthetic resin receptacle bodies, on the suction side of the compression element. The intake muffler comprises first to third receptacle bodies 10-12 respectively formed by injection-molding polybutylene terephthalate. A tapered lead-in rib 13 is integrally formed at the first receptacle body 10, and when the first receptacle body 10 is assembled into the second receptacle body 11, the deformation of the second receptacle body 11 is corrected by the presence of the tapered lead-in rib 13 to improve assembly workability of the first and second receptacle bodies 10, 11 and to prevent the flexural deformation of the receptacle body 10.

Pulsation generated by a compression element 2 is transmitted from a muffler 4 into the inserting pipe 5, the connecting tool 7, and the intake connecting pipe 6, and is released in an sealed container 1 through the hole 8. It is thus possible to damp the pulsation, it is possible to reduce excitation force of a low pressure piping in a refrigerating cycle, and it is thus possible to reduce noise. Everywhere the hole can be drilled on a side surface part of the intake connecting pipe 6, and a releasing direction is can be set in any direction. Same effects are obtained in the case of the connecting tool 7, and in the case of the inserting pipe 5 as the communicating element.

Force against spring back is generated in a bolt fastening condition since bending is applied, and ground plane pressure having a bolt fastening torque or more is obtained. As a result, a sealing performance is increased on the outer periphery, it is suppressed in a low level that gas is leaked from an inside of the cover 16 to an outside, and noise generated by leakage of gas is reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressor both generating a low noise and having high efficiency without requiring high machining precision by applying the constitution that a shaft and a rotor fixed to the shaft are moved upward via a magnet pull force generated between a stator and the rotor during a stable operation, and both edges of an eccentric part is kept in such a state as not in contact with upper and lower bearings. SOLUTION: Gases drawn into the cylinder 4 of a compressor part Y in a sealed vessel 1 are compressed, due to the reduction of the capacity of a compression chamber on the rotation of a rotor 5, pass a delivery valve 12 and are discharged to the sealed vessel 1 via a delivery muffler 13. Then, the delivered gases flow through a gap between the rotor 2 and the stator 3 of a motor part Z, and are discharged to the outside of a compressor via a delivery pipe 19. In this case the stator 3 and the rotor 2 are vertically offset by the prescribed distance, and a shaft 6 and the rotor 2 are moved upward, using a magnet pull force generated between the stator 3 and the rotor 2. Also, both edges 6B of the eccentric part 6A of the shaft 6 are maintained in a non-contact state for upper and lower bearings 7 and 8.
