Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid extractor for enhancing the workability of recovering refrigerant in the machine room of a refrigerator, or the like, having substantially no space and for enhancing the efficiency of recovering refrigerant by improving clogging of needle hole. SOLUTION: The fluid extractor comprises a needle receiving part 15 having a fixed handle 12 and a movable handle 13 and provided, at the forward end thereof, with a needle 34 having a through hole 36, and a pipe receiving part 21 disposed oppositely to the needle receiving part 15 wherein a lateral hole 35 is made at the forward end of the needle 34 and a pipe 37 is bored by gripping the movable handle 13 and moving the needle receiving part 15 thus extracting refrigerant or refrigerating machine oil efficiently.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To enhance productivity by starting a compressor for a predetermined time when the inner pressure is reduced through a pressure reducing pipe provided at one position on the high pressure side and supplying the air from the pressure reduced side to the high pressure side thereby shortening the evacuation time. CONSTITUTION: When a vacuum pump 13 is started to evacuate the high pressure 26 side through a pressure reducing pipe 9, the inner pressure reaches 10 Torr or thereabout about 30 sec later. When an RC 2 is started by supplying power through plug-in 33, the air is fed forcibly from the low pressure side 27 to the high pressure side 26. When the RC 2 is stopped about 18 sec later and pressure reduction is continued further for 15 sec, a pressure of 2 Torr is achieved on the high pressure side 26. Inner pressure on the low pressure side 27 increases to 1.8 Torr because the pressure in a cooling system 1 is balanced after stopping the RC 2 but equilibrium is sustained subsequently. More specifically, when the RC 2 is operated during pressure reduction on the high pressure side 26, evacuation time is shortened and one more pressure reduction pipe can be eliminated.

SOLUTION: In this refrigerant drawing out device 11 for recovering the refrigerant from a pipe part 28 by moving a needle member 16 to form a hole on a refrigerant distribution pipe, a cut face 27 of the needle member 16 is provided with angles of plural stages, and an angle α of the first cut face 27a is more than an angle βof the second cut face 27b, whereby the clogging caused by the tube wall is prevented, and the refrigerant recovering efficiency is improved.
