Abstract: PURPOSE: To independently increase the cooling efficiency of each room, improve the freshness retentivity of a frozen food, and reduce the consumption power. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator is constituted by arranging two units of blowers 24, 25 for a freezer chamber 4 and refrigerating chamber 5 in respectively independent cooling air passages, and the operation is controlled by temperature- detectors 19, 20 which are arranged in respective chambers. Regarding the freezer chamber 4, on a partitioning plate 26 which partitions the freezer chamber 4 and on the back surface of a drawer container 22 at an upper stage of the freezer chamber, a freezer chamber cold air discharging passage 27 and cold air introducing port 29 in order to forcibly introduce cold air to an area being confronted with the blower 24 for the freezer chamber are constituted. Also, regarding the refrigerating chamber 5, the refrigerating chamber 5 is constituted without providing a damper device 17 in a refrigerating chamber cold air discharging passage 30.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform a refrigerating and storing with less deterioration in the quality in a refrigerator having a fast refrigerating chamber for use in rapidly refrigerating a food irrespective of an environmental condition, a temperature of food or its size. CONSTITUTION:A: damper unit 30 is installed at an inlet port of a fast refrigerating chamber. A compressor 9 and a blower 10 start to perform a forced operation in concurrent with a starting of fast refrigerating operation. The damper unit 30 is controlled to be opened or closed with a first and a second temperature sensing means 44 and 45 so as to perform a uniform temperature processing. Cold air temperature is made low while the uniform temperature processing is completed in response to outputs of the first temperature sensing means 44 and a refrigerating chamber temperature sensing means 41. Subsequently, there is provided a control means 38 for forcedly releasing the damper unit 30 to perform a refrigerating operation with the sufficient cooled cold air and automatically completing the fast refrigerating in response to the outputs of the first temperature sensing means 44 and the second temperature sensing means 45.

Subsequently, there is provided a control means 38 for forcedly releasing the damper unit 30, forcedly operating a compressor 9 and a blower 10, and continuously feeding cold air and for performing a refrigerating operation.

Subsequently, there is provided a control means 38 for forcedly releasing the damper unit 30, continuously refrigerating sufficient cooled cold air to perform a refrigerating operation and automatically finishing the operation in response to the outputs of the first and second temperature sensing means 44 and 45.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a refrigerator in which an automatic ice making device and an automatic ice cream manufacturing device can be used selectively by a method wherein an ice making pan is superposed onto a heat insulating tank arranged with a heater on the bottom of the inner surface thereof, the ice making pan is pivoted together with a water cutting pan, a drainage pan and a drainage pipe are provided below the water cutting pan, and a vessel, provided with a spiral rotary body replaceable with the ice making pan on the repeatedly swinging bottom thereof and replaceable with a heat insulating tank having a bottom surface with a curved configuration, is provided. CONSTITUTION:Unidirectional freezing operation is effected by cold air from the surface of water toward the lower part of the same by the heating effect of a heater 32 from the lower surface of a heat insulating tank 28 and when a driving device 40 is operated subsequently, an ice making pan 33 is pivoted and converted whereby water, not frozen yet, is separated and is discharged through a drainage pan 46 and a drainage pipe 47, which are provided below. Subsequently, when a water cutting pan 37, having ice thereon. is pivoted and turned over, the ice drops into an ice reserving box 50. On the other hand, when a vessel 70 for manufacturing ice cream is set and the driving device 40 is operated, the mix 78 of ice cream is cooled and agitated, then, the crystal of ice is pulverized while rolling the mix by the rotating effect of the spiral rotary body 66.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To permit the selective use of an automatic ice cream manufacturing device by a method wherein a repeatedly swinging agitating vane is replaced with a vessel, whose upper surface is opened and whose bottom surface is provided with a curved configuration coinciding with the locus of motion of an agitating vane and both end surfaces are curled inwardly continuously with the curved surface of the bottom surface. CONSTITUTION:When mix 35 is thrown into a vessel 33 and a driving device 13 is operated, a driving motor 24 is started and a reduction gear 25 is also rotated in conjunction with the motor 24. When the reduction gear 25 is rotated, an agitating vane 30, connected to a last stage gear, starts swinging motion. The vessel 33 for manufacturing ice cream, which is provided instead of the ice reserving box of an automatic ice making device and made of a metal such as aluminum or the like, is provided with an upper opening and a bottom surface having curved configuration coinciding with the locus of the motion of the agitating part 32 of the agitating vane 30 while both end parts are curled so as to be continuous with the configuration of the curved surface. An automatic ice cream manufacturing device 34 is constituted of the driving device 13, a frame 21, the agitating vane 30 and the vessel 33.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To use the driving device of an automatic ice making device also as the driving device of an automatic ice cream manufacturing device by a method wherein a spiral rotary body is provided on the bottom of an agitating vane swinging repeatedly and a truncated supporting pillar, having substantially a triangular shape, is provided above the rotary body while a vessel, having curved bottom surface whose configuration coincides with the locus of the motion of the agitating vane and whose upper surface is opened, is provided. CONSTITUTION:An agitating vane 30, whose one end is penetrated through the last stage gear of a reduction gear 25 in a driving device 13 while the other end thereof is penetrated through a frame 21 so as to be supported, is constituted of arms 31, a truncated supporting pillar 32 having substantially triangular section and a spiral rotary body 34, supported by both sides arms 31 through pins 33 rotatably and provided on the bottom while being covered by the supporting pillar 32. The upper surface of a vessel 38, made of a metal such as aluminum or the like and used for the manufacture of ice cream, is opened while the bottom surface of the same is provided with a curved configuration coinciding with the locus of the motion of the spiral rotary body 34 of the agitating vane 30.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the quality of food stuffs and improve the handling convenience of a refrigerator by a method wherein the food stuffs to be preserved by refrigeration are divided in accordance with the purpose of preservation. SOLUTION: A first refrigerating chamber 25, equipped with an independent drawer type door 25a, is provided with a first temperature detecting means in the same and a second refrigerating chamber 26, equipped with another independent drawer type door 26a, is provided with a second temperature detecting means in the same while the cold air inlet port of the second refrigerating chamber 26 is provided with a damper device 52. The first temperature detecting means 32 controls a compressor 34 and a fan 36 while the second temperature detecting means 33 controls the damper device 32 to maintain a temperature in the first refrigerating chamber 25 at a value in a relatively low refrigerating temperature band and maintain a temperature in the second refrigerating chamber 26 at a value in a relatively high refrigerating temperature band.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve freshness retentivity by forming a cold air duct in a support of a shelf provided in a freezing chamber and introducing part of cold air to be fed from a cooler to a door shelf. CONSTITUTION:At a normal time, a compressor 9 and a blower 11 are turned ON, OFF based on a set value of a temperature sensor 13 in a freezing chamber 6, cold air cooled by a cooler 10 is fed by the blower 11, and rapidly cooled so that the chamber 6 and a rapidly cooling chamber 18 hold a predetermined temperature (e.g. -20 deg.C). In this case, part of the cold air by the blower 11 is introduced from a cold air inlet 28 to a cold air duct 27 provided at a support 26 of a shelf 25 to cool a door shelf 22. Foods contained in door pockets 23a, 23b are so cooled as to hold the predetermined temperature (e.g. -20 deg.C) by a special purpose cold air duct 27 irrespective of a containing amount in the chamber 6, and hence an equivalent quality to that in the chamber 6 can be held. Thus, freshness retentivity can be held.

In a bottom part of the first freezing chamber 26, a third temperature sensor 33 is provided, and the title refrigerator is provided with a control means which starts automatically a rapid freezing operation based on the output of the third temperature sensor 33.
