    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a protruded portion from being destroyed in the protruded portion provided on a door of a cold insulation warehouse. SOLUTION: A plurality of first protruded portions 13 that form together with an article 8 contained in the warehouse a gap allowing interior cooling air to flow into a ventilation hole 9 are integrally foamed in the inside of a door 2, on the inside of a cold insulation warehouse. Hereby, since the strength of the first protruded portions 13 is increased, the first protruded portions 13 are not destroyed by the article 8 contained in the warehouse. The article 8 contained in the warehouse is prevented from being damaged by rounding the tip ends of the first protruded portions 13, and parts of the first protruded portions 13, that have been assembled as separate parts, are reduced by integrally foaming them to ensure resource saving.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deodorize the inside of a refrigerator and stabilize the temperature in the refrigerator by means of a deodorizing honeycomb. SOLUTION: When the temperature detected by means of an intra-refrigerator temperature detecting means is higher than the temperature set by means of a deordorization starting intra-refrigerator temperature setting means, the inside of a refrigerator can be odorized by passing discharged cold air through a deodorizing honeycomb 7 and a by-pass passage 10 by driving a damper 11. When the temperature detected by means of the intra-refrigerator temperature detecting means is lower than the set temperature of the deodorization starting in-refrigerator temperature setting means, on the other hand, the temperature in the refrigerator is stabilized by preventing the clogging of the honeycomb 7 caused by freezing or frosting by making the discharged cold air to only pass through the by-pass passage 10 by driving the damper 11.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To cool a commodity to be sold at first and then cool the whole commodities by using a partition plate so as to divide a container chamber into a commodity container shelf and a commodity store shelf and arranging an evaporator to each of them. CONSTITUTION:This machine is provided with a 1st in-box blower motor 11 circulating air in a commodity containing shelf 4, a 1st evaporator 12 cooling the commodity containing shelf 4, a 2nd in-box blower motor 13 circulating air in a commodity storage shelf 5, a 2nd evaporator 14 cooling the commodity storage shelf 5, and a partition plate 15 separating a containing box 10 into the commodity containing shelf 4 and the commodity storage shelf 5. And, a coolant compressed by a compressor 6 is cooled by a condenser 7 and evaporated by 1st and 2nd evaporators 12, 14 and cooled. Furthermore, the air cooled by the 1st evaporator 12 is circulated by the 1st in-box blower motor 11 to cool the commodity to be sold earlier in the commodity containing shelf. And, the cooled air by the 2nd evaporator 14 is circulated by the 2nd in-box blower motor 13 to cool the entire commodities of the commodity storage shelf 5.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold retaining stockroom which is good in its appearance and the entry of rainwater or the like is prevented by eliminating the exposure of keepers, a door switch, etc. SOLUTION: Upper and lower keepers 9a and 9b are provided in opened surface parts opposed to the upper and lower surfaces of a heat insulating door 13 so as to be shielded by the peripheral edge parts of the heat insulating door 13. Thus, the keepers 9a and 9b are not exposed on the surface part of a heat insulating box body 12. Accordingly, a cold retaining stockroom with good appearance which is hardly tampered with and a space for entry of rainwater, etc., from a recessed a part can be minimized.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a deodorant catalyst for cooler which is protected against freezing and lowering of deodorizing power. SOLUTION: Chill suction face and delivery face of a deodorant catalyst 7 having honeycomb structure disposed at a chill suction port 17 are fixed in parallel with the direction of gravity. Since condensates in a cooling air path 10 do not adhere to the deodorant catalyst 7 of honeycomb structure, the deodorant catalyst 7 can be protected against freezing and lowering of deodorizing power. Further, since the catalyst 7 is disposed at the suction port 17, odor in a storage chamber 9 is prevented from adhering to the condensates in an evaporator 4 and being transferred, as it is, to a drain hose 20 thence to the outside of the body 1.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress temperature variance in a storage box wherein articles to be vended are arrayed in a front column and to shorten a pull-down time by supplying a refrigerant to a vaporizer which cools the article storage box and guiding cold exiting from the blowout of a cold air course to the front part of the article storage box which cools and holds the articles. SOLUTION: A ceiling duct 19 which blows cold from the vaporizer 11 out of the blowout 18 and sends the cold in the front of the automatic vending machine is provided at the highest part of the article storage box 3. The cold having passed through the vaporizer 11 through the suction of an air blowing fan 13 rises in the air course 16 along an air course plate 12 and is blown out strongly to a blowout 18 at the highest part of the air course 16. The blown- out cold is diffused onto the ceiling duct 19 and then guided to before the article storage box 3 without flowing round to article racks 6 halfway, thereby forcibly cooling the articles 7 in the front of the automatic vending machine. Further, this cold is guided to below the automatic vending machine and guided to an intake 17 to circulate to the vaporizer 11 again.

SOLUTION: When a defrost completion temperature detecting means 13 which detects the temperature of an evaporator detects completion of defrosting, a vapor-pan heater 14 is electrified. When the temperature of vapor pan detected by a vapor-pan heater electrification completion detecting means 15 reaches an electrification completion temperature, the electrification to the vapor-pan heater 14 is ended. Since the vapor-pan heater 14 is electrified at a timing when a defrost-water comes out at every defrosting, no-water burning is prevented without a water-level sensor for improved safety.

SOLUTION: In case of operating the cooler, an operating ratio of a compressor 3 is first set. At the time of an operating state of the compressor 3 from its stopping state, measurement of an operating time of the compressor 3 is started. The measurement of the compressor 3 is continued during the operating time of the compressor 3, and the ratio is sensed. At the time of a stopping state of the compressor 3 from its operating state, the measurement of the stopping time of the compressor 3 is continued, and the ratio is sensed. Then, at the time of the operating state of the compressor 3 from its stopping state, the ratio is calculated by an operating ratio sensing means 7 from the operating and stopping times of the compressor 3. When the ratio exceeds a set operating ratio, number of times exceeding the ratio is counted once. When the counted number arrives at a predetermined number of times, an arithmetic controller 8 outputs a stop signal of the compressor 3, and defrosting is started.
