Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a fluorescent fiber image of a sample, wherein a sample is scanned with the aid of an excitation signal; the fluorescent signal emanating from the sample is detected, wherein the excitation signal and fluorescent signal use the same optical path; the optical path is used to excite at least two fluorophores contained in the sample; a final image is produced, including areas that are colored according to the at least two fluorophores. The multimarking according to the invention makes it possible to simultaneously acquire two images in two different wavelength bands. The system according to the invention can comprise a spectrometer for spectral quantification of the fluorescent signal.

Abstract: L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser une image fibrée de fluorescence d'un échantillon, dans lequel :- on balaye l'échantillon au moyen d'un signal d'excitation,- on détecte le signal de fluorescence en provenance dudit échantillon, le signal d'excitation et le signal de fluorescence empruntant un même chemin optique;- on excite, via le chemin optique, au moins deux fluorophores contenus dans l'échantillon,- on détecte, via le chemin optique, le signal de fluorescence de chacun desdits au moins deux fluorophores, et- on élabore une image finale comprenant des zones colorées en fonction desdits au moins deux fluorophores.Le multimarquage selon l'invention permet l'acquisition en simultané de deux images dans deux bandes de longueurs d'onde différentes. Le système selon l'invention peut comprendre un spectromètre pour une quantification spectrale du signal de fluorescence.
