    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an interior/exterior automotive trim component in which each of carbonate copolymers forming a polycarbonate resin composition is comprised of structural units derived from two or more different dihydroxy compounds. The structural units derived from the dihydroxy compounds include an ISB unit and a CHDM unit. In every one of the plurality of carbonate copolymers that form the polycarbonate resin composition, a molar ratio of the ISB unit to every dihydroxy compound unit in the carbonate copolymer is equal to or greater than 30 mol %. The molar ratio of the ISB unit to the CHDM unit in the polycarbonate resin composition satisfies 53/47≦ISB unit/CHDM unit≦56/44.

    Abstract: An interior and exterior member for an automobile includes a thermoplastic resin composition including components (A) and (B). The component (A) is a polycarbonate resin mixture including a structural unit derived from a dihydroxy compound and a structural unit derived from cyclohexanedimethanol, wherein the structural unit is in an amount accounting for from 56 mol % to 60 mol % of the total amount of the structural unit and the structural unit derived from cyclohexanedimethanol, and the component (B) is butadiene-butyl acrylate-methyl methacrylate rubber. The thermoplastic resin composition further includes dibutylhydroxytoluene in an amount accounting for from 0.005 parts to 0.015 parts by mass, a benzotriazole-based light resistance stabilizer in an amount accounting for from 0.08 parts to 0.12 parts by mass, and a hindered amine-based light resistance stabilizer in an amount accounting for from 0.04 parts to 0.06 parts by mass, respectively, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the components (A) and (B). The component (A) is in an amount accounting for from 93% to 97% by mass of the total amount of the components (A) and (B).

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an interior/exterior automotive trim component made of a thermoplastic resin composition including components (A)-(F), wherein relative to 100 parts by mass of the component (A), the component (B) such as a particular hindered phenol based antioxidant is 0.09-0.11 parts by mass, the component (C) such as dibutyl hydroxy toluene is 0.001-0.015 parts by mass, the component (D) such as tris(2,4-di-t-butylphenyl) phosphite is 0.04-0.06 parts by mass, the component (E) such as a particular benzotriazole based light stabilizer is 0.09-0.11 parts by mass, and the component (F) such as a particular hindered amine based light stabilizer is 0.09-0.11 parts by mass. The component (A) is a polycarbonate resin composition comprised of a molten mixture of a plurality of predetermined carbonate copolymers having respectively different copolymerization ratios.
