A PING PACKET IS FURTHER SENT TO THE NEXT BASE STATION'S IP ADDRESS WITH THE SECONDARY ADDRESS AND THE PREVIOUS BASE STATION IP ADDRESS WITH THE TERTIARY ADDRESS (S400) TO OBTAIN A CARE-OF-ADDRESS.
