Abstract:
THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING MULTIPLE PRESENTATION SESSIONS. THE SYSTEM (1000) COMPRISES OF A WIRELESS SCREEN CONTROLLER (WSC) (100) THAT IS CONNECTED TO A WIRELESS SCREEN ADMINISTRATOR (WSA) (200), A WIRELESS SCREEN SENDER (WSS) (300) AND A WIRELESS SCREEN RECEIVER (WSR) (400). INITIALLY, WSS (300) NODES AND WSR (400) NODES ARE CONNECTED TO THE WSC (100) TO PARTICIPATE IN A PRESENTATION SESSION. BY CONNECTING THESE NODES TO THE WSC (100), THE WSS (300) AND THE WSR (400) AUTOMATICALLY SUBMIT BASIC REGISTRATION INFORMATION SUCH AS THE INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) ADDRESS AND HOST NAME. NEXT, THE WSA (200) CONNECTS TO THE WSC (100) AND ACCESSES THE PRESENTATION MANAGEMENT WEB PAGE. THEREON, THE WSA (200) INITIALISES AND ASSIGNS PRESENTATION SESSIONS. FINALLY, ONCE THE SESSION ASSIGNMENT HAS FINISHED, THE WSA (200) ACTIVATES AND MANAGES THE PRESENTATION SESSIONS.

The presentation content server (200) comprising a dynamic group assignment module (250) configured to arrange the audience devices (300) into different groups for content distribution, a selective content delivery module (260) configured to determine whether the requested frame is beneficial to the audience, and an opportunistic distribution module (270) configured to exploit request variations from the audience devices (300) to allow late joiners and punctual audience are synchronised in terms of the number of retrieved frames.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system (1000) and method for mirroring content between devices. The system (1000) is configured to allow a client device (100) to split, analyse, capture and stream different segments of the application content such as a document file adaptively as video streams onto at least one display device (200). The client device (100) comprises a Mirroring Controller (MC) (110), a Document Information Agent (DIA) module (120), a Simulated Screen Allocator (SSA) module (130), a Screen Recorder (SR) module (140), a Display Handler (DH) module (150), a Screen Transmitter (ST) module (160), a Format Adaptor (FA) module (170), a memory (180), a user interface (UI) module (190), and a configuration module (195). FIG. 1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for performing screen mirroring. The system (1000) comprises a client device (100) for providing and sending contents over a wireless network to a wireless media box (WMB) (200), at least one display device (300) for receiving and displaying incoming mirroring contents according to a user interface table, and the WMB (200) for receiving and redirecting the mirroring contents to the at least one display device (300) over wireless network. The client device (100) further comprises an agent layer (120) for performing specific and customized functionality of screen capturing and content encoding based on the functionalities provided by a screen sender (110), and also for performing system-level application information retrieval, and device registration, and a session manager (130) for coordinating and utilizing the function of the agent layer (120) and the screen sender (110) based on user input received via a user interface (140).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system (100) and method for assisted presentation. The system (100) comprising at least one presenter device (10), a moderator device (30), and a registry device (40). The system (100) further comprising a content player (21) configured to decode and display incoming images or videos, and deliver received filtered contents from the moderator device (30) to a replicated content player (23), an interactive player (22) and a filtered content player (12). The moderator device (30) comprising a content filter manager (32) configured to filter and validate the presentation contents, a content transceiver (31) configured to send filtered contents to the content player (21), a user interface (34) configured to provide a graphical metaphor to a moderator and collect inputs and commands from the moderator, and a content manager (33) configured to coordinate execution flow between the content filter manager (32) and the user interface (34). Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for managing a plurality of presentation sessions. The system (100) comprises a plurality of nodes (10) which include at least one sender (11) and at least one receiver (12) connected to a node agent (13), a session host (20), and a moderator console (30). The node agent (13) is connected to the session host (20), whereas the session host (20) is further connected to the moderator console (30). The method includes the steps of identifying node capability of the plurality of nodes (10) by the node agent (13), relaying the node capability of the plurality of nodes (10) to a node manager (21), and setting up the presentation sessions by the moderator console (30).
