The method for controlling an air conditioning unit state is characterised by the steps of detecting human motion by a motion sensor (31), sending a command signal to a slave module (20) by a master module (10), sending temperature decrement command to an air conditioning unit (200), detecting room temperature by a temperature sensor (32) and determining the state of the air conditioning unit (200).
