    Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and method for personality-based job matching using pattern recognition whereby job matching is based on individual?s personality. The system and method of the present invention utilizes pattern recognition for personality-based job matching by registering job applicant, assembling and assessing non-cognitive test for job applicant (202); registering employer, assembling and assessing non-cognitive test for hiring manager (204); storing job applicant?s personal information and job preferences, information about organizations, including desired personality for potential employees and list of job openings, job applicants? responses to non-cognitive tests, and hiring managers? responses to non-cognitive tests (206); retrieving information of most suitable personalities for particular jobs from a Career Information Library (208); comparing each job applicant?s personality with personality that the Career Information Library indicates as most suitable for the applicant?s preferred job or jobs (210); comparing employer?s desired personalities with personalities that Career Information Library indicates are most suitable for jobs offered (212); and mapping graphs by utilizing automated personality-job matching to generate matched user report for job applicant and employer, and mismatched user report for job applicants and employer (214). Job matching process is successful when Job Applicants? personality matches the desired personality of any vacant position offered by the Employers. The most illustrative drawing is FIG. 1.0.
