    Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a system (200) for monitoring and tracking progress of project by addressing interrelations dependency between each task and information. The system comprising visualization tools in a form of Jigsaw Puzzle machine readable code: wherein basic puzzle piece comprises of at least two dependency indicators to be crafted at each border of the said Jigsaw Puzzle. Another embodiment of the present invention provides a method (600) for monitoring and tracking progress of project by addressing interrelations dependency between each task and information. The method (600) comprising steps of shaping puzzle piece by joining each puzzle piece according to dependency of each task (602): reviewing related task on crafted puzzle piece by checking dependency of each task based on dependency indicators (604 ): providing backing board to project owner using individual puzzle piece if it passes dependency check (606): distributing crafted puzzle piece (608): and returning to crafted backing board upon completion of task (610).     Abstract: A method and apparatus for optically generating polarized photons with at least four polarization states is disclosed. The method and apparatus comprises at least two laser sources that are electronically triggered at random to generate at least two optical pulses (102), an arrangement of passive optical components that polarize each optical pulse of the at least two optical pulses to have orthogonal polarization states (104) and merge the at least two optical pulses having orthogonal polarization states onto a single optical path (106) and an active optical component that alters the orthogonal polarization states of the single optical path to have secondary orthogonal polarization states (108).
