There is provided herein a low foam surfactant composition comprising: (a) di-trisiloxane alkoxylate component of the general formula (I): (R1R2R3SiO)2(R4)Si—R5—Si(R6)(OSiR7R8R9)2 (I); and, (b) mono-trisiloxane alkoxylate component of the general formula (II): (R12R13R14SiO)2Si(R15)R16 (II) wherein di-trisiloxane alkoxylate (I) is soluble in mono-trisiloxane alkoxylate and methods of making the same.

There is provided herein a polyalkylene-oxide-free surfactant composition comprising an ester-modified organosilicon having the general formula (I) AOaR4b(BOcR11d)e(C)fDg. There is also provided methods for making the ester-modified organosilicon (I) and agricultural, coating, personal care and home care applications containing the polyalkylene-oxide-free surfactant composition.

A silane composition is shown and described herein. The silane composition includes a dialkyleneoxide functional dialkoxyalkyl silane. The silane composition exhibits low toxicity and biodegradability. The silane composition is suitable for use as an adjuvant in a variety of applications including, for example, in treating agricultural areas.

A deposition aid is provided, comprising a low molecular weight, low viscosity polysiloxane, combined with a crop oil concentrate or esterified seed oil concentrate. Combinations including the modified silicone can improve spreading and/or adhesion to foliage. Adding about 5% to about 20% of the modified silicone can provide more than a proportional increase in spreading and/or adhesion.
