Abstract: An audio device (200, 220, 230) includes an enclosure (202) having one or more openings (206A-B), one or more speaker systems (214) carried in the enclosure for receiving signals from a corresponding audio source (308), and one or more magnetic elements (216, 222, 232) coupled to the enclosure. The magnetic elements attract particulates (204, 212) entering one or more openings and separate said particulates from one or more speaker systems.
