Abstract: A fluid system includes a fluid actuating region, a fluid channel, a convergence chamber, a sensor and a plurality of valves. The fluid actuating region includes one or a plurality of fluid-guiding units. Each of the fluid-guiding units includes an inlet plate, a substrate, a resonance plate, an actuating plate, a piezoelectric member and an outlet plate, which are stacked sequentially. When the piezoelectric member drives the actuating plate to undergo a bending vibration in resonance, the fluid is transported into the fluid-guiding units and is pressurized to be discharged out. The fluid channel has a plurality of branch channels for splitting the fluid transported in the fluid actuating region. The convergence chamber is in communication with the fluid channel. The sensor is disposed in the fluid channel for measuring the fluid within the fluid channel.

Abstract: An air cleaning apparatus includes a housing, an actuating and sensing module and an air cleaning unit. The housing includes an inlet through hole and an outlet through hole. The actuating and sensing module and the air cleaning unit are disposed inside the housing. The actuating and sensing module includes an actuator and a sensor. The actuator drives external air to flow into an interior of the housing via the inlet through hole and discharge the air via the outlet through hole, so as to form an internal air flow. The sensor detects at least one detecting target in the internal air flow to generate an air detection result. The air cleaning unit includes a filter element made of a graphene material and disposed adjacent to the actuator, so that the internal air flow is cleaned by the filter element.

Abstract: A system for providing an air quality information is disclosed. The system includes plural mobile devices, a cloud data processing device and a client device. Each mobile device has a positioning module and an actuating and sensing module to generate a single-point air quality data to transmit to the cloud data processing device. The cloud data processing device collects the plural single-point air quality data transmitted from the plural mobile devices, and combines these data with a map data and a meteorological data to generate an instant air quality map. When the cloud data processing device receives a current location data transmitted from the client device, an information is processed based on the instant air quality map and the current location data, so as to transmit the information including a motion direction, a designated route, an air quality information, an abnormal-air-quality notification or an evacuated route for the client device.

Abstract: A blood glucose detection device includes a carrier body, a flow-guiding actuator, a microneedle patch, a sensor and a controlling chip. The carrier body has a liquid guiding channel, a compressing chamber and a liquid storage chamber. The flow-guiding actuator seals the compressing chamber. The microneedle patch is attached on the carrier body and has plural hollow microneedles. The sensor is disposed within the liquid storage chamber. The controlling chip is disposed on the carrier body. The plural hollow microneedles puncture the skin of a human subject with minimal invasion. The controlling chip controls the flow-guiding actuator to actuate and the tissue fluid is sucked into the liquid storage chamber through the plural hollow microneedles, whereby the sensor detects the blood glucose of the tissue fluid to generate and transmit the measured data to the controlling chip. The controlling chip can generate monitoring information by calculating the measured data.

Abstract: A particulate matter measuring device includes a gas transporting actuator, a micro particle sensor and a laser module. The micro particle sensor is disposed corresponding in position to the gas transporting actuator. The air is ejected at high speed by the gas transporting actuator to perform a cleaning operation on a surface of the micro particle sensor so as to remove the suspended particles on the surface of the micro particle sensor and maintain accuracy of the micro particle sensor.
