Abstract: The present invention relates to chimeric and fusion proteins and their compositions, and the use of such proteins and compositions in the prevention and/or treatment diseases or conditions requiring plasminogen supplementation. In one aspect, the invention provides a chimeric or fusion protein comprising plasminogen and an Fc region of an antibody.
