Abstract: A polyolefin bonding adhesive film includes a support base layer and a bonding adhesive layer formed on a side surface of the support base layer by co-extrusion. The support base layer is a polypropylene film. The bonding adhesive layer is formed of a first polyolefin copolymer modified by maleic anhydride. The first polyolefin copolymer is formed by copolymerization of at least two kinds of C2 to C4 olefin molecules, a first graft ratio of the maleic anhydride grafted onto the first polyolefin copolymer is between 0.5% and 5%, and a first melt index of the first polyolefin copolymer is between 3 g/10 min and 5 g/10 min.

Abstract: A transparent ultraviolet curable adhesive is a solventless composition, based on a total weight of the composition, being composed of 35-65 wt % of a polyurethane (meth)acrylate resin, 30-60 wt % of a (meth)acrylate monomer, 0.1-5 wt % of an acrylate group-containing bisphenol fluorene derivative, 0.3-8 wt % of a photopolymerization initiator and 0.002-0.01 wt % of a vinyl silane coupling agent; and, the adhesive if cured has a refractive index of 1.52-1.56 very close to 1.52 for a glass thereof and has a visible light transmittance of 93-99 VLT (%) so suitable to be adhered to displays, transparent conductive film and touch panels.

Abstract: A polyolefin packaging material includes a first polyolefin polymer film, a second polyolefin polymer film, and a polyolefin bonding adhesive layer. The first polyolefin polymer film is a cast polypropylene film (CPP film). The second polyolefin polymer film is a biaxially oriented polypropylene film (BOPP film). The polyolefin bonding adhesive layer is bonded between the first polyolefin polymer film and the second polyolefin polymer film. The polyolefin bonding adhesive layer is formed of a polyolefin copolymer modified by maleic anhydride, the polyolefin copolymer is formed by copolymerization of at least two kinds of C2 to C4 olefin molecules, a graft ratio of the maleic anhydride grafted onto the polyolefin copolymer is between 0.5% and 5%, and a melt index of the polyolefin copolymer is between 1 g/10 min and 5 g/10 min.

Abstract: A polyolefin film for an aluminum plastic film and an aluminum plastic film structure are provided. The polyolefin film includes a laminating film, a middle film, and a heat-sealed film. The middle film is disposed between the laminating film and the heat-sealed film. A lamination temperature of the laminating film ranges from 70° C. to 100° C. A material forming the laminating film is a first polyolefin material. The first polyolefin material has a modified group, and a structure of the modified group contains maleic anhydride. A material forming the middle film includes: 50 phr to 90 phr of a propylene block copolymer, 5 phr to 30 phr of an ethylene elastomer, and 5 phr to 20 phr of a propylene random copolymer.

Abstract: A polypropylene film used in a cooking bag is provided. The polypropylene film used in the cooking bag is co-extruded to form a three-layered structure, and includes two outer layers and a middle layer arranged therebetween. Each of the outer layers includes a propylene random copolymer, and the propylene random copolymer is formed by aggregation of a propylene monomer and an ethylene monomer. The middle layer includes a propylene block polymer and an ethylene elastomer. The propylene block polymer includes a propylene monomer and an ethylene-propylene polymer, and the ethylene-propylene polymer is dispersed in the propylene monomer to form a sea-island structure. After the polypropylene film used in the cooking bag is placed in an environment having a temperature of 135° C. for 30 minutes, a haze of the polypropylene film used in the cooking bag is less than or equal to 10%.

The method for manufacturing the white polyester film includes: providing a recycled polyester material; physically regenerating a part of the recycled polyester material to form physically regenerated polyester chips having a first intrinsic viscosity; chemically regenerating another part of the recycled polyester material to form chemically regenerated polyester chips having a second intrinsic viscosity less than the first intrinsic viscosity; mixing white regenerated polyester chips, the physically regenerated polyester chips, and the chemically regenerated polyester chips according to a predetermined intrinsic viscosity so as to form a polyester masterbatch material; melting and extruding the polyester masterbatch material to obtain the white polyester film having the predetermined intrinsic viscosity.

Abstract: An ultraviolet-absorbing polyester film and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The ultraviolet-absorbing polyester film includes a physically recycled polyester resin and a chemically recycled polyester resin. The physically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of physically recycled polyester chips. The chemically recycled polyester resin is formed by a plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips. The plurality of chemically recycled polyester chips further includes chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips. The chemically recycled electrostatic pinning polyester chips contain electrostatic pinning additives, and the electrostatic pinning additives are metal salts. Expressed in percent by weight based on a total weight of the ultraviolet-absorbing polyester film, a content of the electrostatic pinning additives is between 0.005% and 0.1% by weight. The ultraviolet-absorbing polyester film further contains an ultraviolet absorber.

The polyolefin material includes: 60 wt % to 80 wt % of a first polypropylene resin, 15 wt % to 30 wt % of a second polypropylene resin, and 1 wt % to 10 wt % of inorganic particles. The second polypropylene resin is a modified polypropylene resin having a hydrophilic group. The second polypropylene resin is different from the first polypropylene resin.
