CONSTITUTION: This environment load evaluating device consists of an input part 1 for inputting the character information and picture information of respective processes of a product, connecting relation information among processes, environment load items, and environment load values, a picture information storing part 5 for storing the picture information of respective processes, a data storing part 2 for storing the character information of respective processes, the storing positions of character information in the storing part 5, the connecting relation information among the processes, the environmental load items, and the environment load values in each process, an environmental load evaluating part 3 for calculating the comprehensive environmental load of an object product, and a result display part 4 for displaying the comprehensive environmental load value. Since the picture information of respective processes can be perused, respective processes can easily be grasped. Thereby the generation of an error inputting data to a process different from an object process can be prevented, the necessity of work for checking the contents of a process by another means can be eliminated and the efficiency of environmental load evaluation can be improved.

A polymer membrane having functional group can be formed on a part of the substrate by forming a membrane of the polymer compound on the hydrophobic part by this process.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a substrate for cell culture useful for a biosensor, not bonding a cell to an enzyme membrane, forming a cell sequence, by partially removing a photoresist applied to a substrate, forming an immobilized enzyme membrane and then removing the photoresist. CONSTITUTION:A photoresist is applied to a substrate 1 such as glass or quartz, exposed and developed to partially remove the photoresist on the surface of the substrate 1. Then, an immobilized membrane of an enzyme 2 such a glucose oxidase is formed on the surface of the substrate 1 and the photoresist on the surface after membrane formation is removed to give the objective substrate for cell culture. A cell is cultured by using the substrate for cell culture and a medium containing a fixed concentration of a substrate of an enzyme contained in the immobilized enzyme membrane 2 to preferably form a cell sequence.
