Abstract:
The circuit includes a reference oscillator (103) for generating a reference signal which is offset by a multiple of the clock frequency. There is also a voltage controlled oscillator (110) for generating a clock signal. An optical system creates a difference component for the frequency difference between the operational frequency and the reference. A detector produces an electrical signal representing the difference frequency. A multiplier (107) creates a component for the frequency difference between the output signal of the reference oscillator, and the output of the voltage controlled oscillator. A phase detector compares the phase of the optical signal detector output with the multiplier output, to enable a control mechanism to supply a control voltage to the voltage controlled oscillator.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To start a program without being conscious of the operation environment of system information by converting a parameter in job control language (JCL) into system information and starting a program by the converted JCL. CONSTITUTION:A program starting JCL is inputted from a keyboard 1 and temporarily stored in a JCL receding area 5 through a JCL input means 2. When a parameter for system information exists in the read JCL, a JCL converting means 3 extracts information matched with the operation environment from a system information storing area 6, sets up the extracted information in the parameter and temporarily stores the JCL in a converted JCL restoring area 6. A program executing means 4 extracts JCL setting up all operation environment from the area 6 to start the program. Since a converted operation environment can be automatically set up in the JCL only by specifying the same parameter in case of starting the same program by an environment having different system information, the program can be started without being conscious of the environment of the system.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical component characteristic measuring system capable of stably measuring optical component characteristics with high accuracy without being affected by the polarization dependent losses of optical components constituting the system. SOLUTION: A linear polarization multi-wavelength light source is constituted of a distributed feedback laser diodes 101 -108 outputting the signal light having different wavelengths, optical switches 111 -118 properly turning on or off the output light correspondingly to them, and an optical coupler 12. The output light from the multi-wavelength light source is changed in polarized state by a polarization scrambler 30 at random as the test signal light for a DUT 19. When the output light power from the DUT 19 is measured by a light spectrum analyzer 23, the total polarization loss is included, thus the measured result is averaged, and stable and high-accuracy measurement can be made without being affected by the polarization dependent losses of light components constituting a measuring system.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent information to be kept secret and protected from leaking by displaying another picture which causes no trouble on a screen when an operator who utilizes an on-line terminal leaves the on-line terminal during on-line screen processing. CONSTITUTION:If the user leaves the on-line terminal 1 during the on-line screen processing and does not return within a set time while an on-line user monitor means 3 for monitoring the user who operates the on-line terminal 1 is in operation, the on-line user monitoring means 3 judges that the user does not operate the on-line terminal 1 and informs a host computer 2 of the absence of the user. The host computer 2 once recognizing the report sends an instruction requesting a change of the on-line screen on which the user performs processing to an on-line screen changing means 4. The on-line screen changing means 4 changes the screen on which the user performs the processing into the screen from which it can be judged that the on-line system is in use.

PURPOSE:To enter operation such as the maintenance of a system and alteration of environment speedily by inputting work station usable/unusable control instruction information to all work stations to be controlled and executing usable/ unusable instruction for other work stations depending on neither in words nor with a memo. CONSTITUTION:At the time of interactive processing size actuation, a work station usable/unusable control instruction reading-in means 5 reads in all pieces of work station usable/unusable control instruction information and a work station usable/unusable control judging means 7 performs the decision of usable/ unusable states of the work stations. A work station usable/unusable execution means 8 performs usable/unusable execution for a group 2 of work stations to be controlled. Then a screen reading-in means 10 reads an image out of an image file 9 in the work station group 2 to be controlled and an image transmitting means 11 reports the usable/unusable states to all the work stations.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To verify the presence of obstacles generated when a plurality of security settings are operated in a combined state. SOLUTION: In the security verification processing, the setting information to be verified is collected, and the program operating information is read out in accordance with the collected setting information. Then the data transmission passage information is created by using the collected setting information and the program operating information, accessing rights are integrated, and the data transmission passage information of the integrated accessing rights is converted into the data transmission passage information for searching a data transmission passage matched with security verification policy. Whether the data transmission passage matched with the security verification policy exists in the data transmission passage indicated by the data transmission passage information or not, is searched, and when an inadequate passage exists, the inadequate setting causing the formation of the searched inadequate passage is searched, and the inadequate setting information indicating the searched inadequate setting, is displayed. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the highly accurate optical PLL circuit with simple constitution. SOLUTION: Reception optical signals composed of the signal light pulses of a repetition frequency N×f0 are modulated by the reference signals of f0+Δf from a reference oscillator 102 in an optical intensity modulation circuit 103, an AND processing is performed and difference frequency information N×Δf is generated. The signals are electrically converted in a photodetector, only low frequency components N×Δf are extracted by a narrow-band filter and frequency-divided into 1/N by a frequency divider circuit 106 and the low frequency components Δf are obtained. In the meantime, the reference signals and the output (f) of a voltage controlled oscillator 110 are inputted to a multiplier 107 and the difference frequency components (f0+Δf)-f of both signals are generated. The low frequency components Δf and the difference frequency components (f+Δf)-f are compared in a phase comparator circuit 109 and the voltage controlled oscillator 110 is controlled so as to turn the phase difference to zero.

PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of arrangement of an execution result list by manual work by constituting the system so that a compiled list and a linked list are outputted as one body in an application program unit, in the case of compiling simultaneously plural pieces of application programs, and generating a load module. CONSTITUTION:The system is provided with a compiling means 2 for compiling a source program described by compiled language, an executing means 4 for converting it to a load module from a compiler unit 3, an execution result input means 7 for reading in an image of a compile list generated by the means 2 and an image of a linked list generated by the linking means 4, and an execution result editing means 8 for editing both execution result lists of the means 2 and the means 4. In such a state, the compiled list and the linked list edited by the execution result editing means 8 are outputted to an execution result means 9. In such a way, manual work at the time of arranging in an application unit can be eliminated.
