Abstract: In a method of manufacturing a stabilizer according to the present invention, forging processing is performed on a base material and a stabilizer having a through hole at each of both ends is produced. The method includes: a recess forming step of forming a recess at a through hole formation position for the through hole of the stabilizer at an end of the base material; and a through hole forming step of forming a through hole by performing perforation at the through hole formation position including the recess.
