A production method of a color filter in accordance with the present invention comprises forming an inorganic active film layer on a transparent substrate, dyeing the inorganic active film layer in a first color, forming a resist at portions other than the portion which is to be dyed in a second color, carrying out decoloration treatment, dyeing the inorganic active film layer in the second color, peeling off the resist, forming another resist at portions other than the portion which is to be dyed in a third color, carrying out decoloration treatment, dyeing the inorganic active film layer in the third color and peeling off the resist.

An antireflective formed article which comprises a transparent substrate (1) and an antireflective layer (5) arranged on the surface of the transparent substrate (1), wherein a transparent window having the antireflective layer formed thereon has an average surface roughness (Ra) of 2.0 to 150 nm and has a flat surface or a curved surface which is convex on the surface side of the article and has a radius of curvature of 40 mm or more.
