A laminated film for insert molding which comprises a release film (3) consisting of a heat-resistant filmy material having a release surface, a transfer layer (4) formed on the release surface of the film (3), and a shapable film (2) formed on the transfer surface of the layer (4) and consisting of a shapable filmy material, and in which the transfer layer (4) has, formed on the release surface of the film (3), a surface-protective layer (5) made of a material obtained by thermally reacting a resin composition curable with heat and actinic energy rays and comprising as active ingredients a polymer having a (meth)acrylic equivalent of 100 to 300 g/eq, a hydroxyl value of 20 to 500, and a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000 to 50,000 and a polyfunctional isocyanate, and further has an adhesive layer (8) for bonding to the shapable film either within the layer (4) or between the layer (4) and the film (2).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adhere an insert film having no elongation or no contraction of itself or design to a resin molding of an arbitrary three-dimensional shape by an insert molding process. SOLUTION: The long laminated film 7 obtained by laminating a thin film 3 being releasable from a lengthy oriented film 1 and having a thickness of 10 to 100μm on an entire surface of the film 1 and entirely or partly laminating a print layer 6 having a design layer thereon is used. And, the film 3 of the state that the film 1 is released is fed into an injection mold, the mold is clamped, molding resin is injected in a cavity, and the molding resin is integrally adhered to the thin film by sandwiching the print layer therebetween simultaneously upon molding of the resin molding.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flexible molded product in which an optional uneven place can be painted in a high yield. SOLUTION: A flexible molding simultaneous painting sheet having at least a design layer on a flexible substrate sheet is set in a mold, the mold is closed, a flexible molding resin of 40-100 A-hardness by a JIS hardness tester is injected into the mold and integrated with the painting sheet, the mold is opened, obtaining a flexible molding in which the painting sheet 1 and a flexible resin molded product 2 are bonded together.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce film cost, mold cost, the positional shift of a film or the like. SOLUTION: This mold is constituted so that the film 1 introduced into an injection mold consisting of a fixed mold and a movable mold 5 is held and bonded to a molded product simultaneously with the molding of the molded product. In this case, the clamp member piece 3 pressing the leading end part 12 in the introducing direction of the film 1 and other clamp member piece 20 are provided and the clamp device capable of pressing the film 1 introduced into the injection mold by the periphery of a cavity 2 is provided to either one of the parting surface of the fixed mold and the movable mold 5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a foil cap with a hologram luster giving a threedimensional feeling by providing a hologram on, at least, one of the faces of a resin molding. SOLUTION: This foil cap has a hologram on at least, one of the faces of a resin molding 7, and the hologram is formed by a method for molding and at the same time, transferring an image or an insert molding method, and uses a transfer material 10 with a transfer layer 2 formed on a base sheet. The transfer layer 2 is composed of a separable layer 3, a metal thin film layer 4, an adhesive layer 5 and a patterned layer. When performing the method for molding and at the same time, transferring an image using the transfer material 10, first the transfer material 10 is arranged between a pair of a cavity mold 22 and a core mold 23 and these molds are closed. Next, a molten resin is injected into a cavity 21 from a resin gate 24 to obtain the resin molding 7, and the transfer layer 2 is formed on the surface of the resin molding. After the resin molding is cooled, the molds are opened to separate the base sheet from the transfer layer 2 and thus the foil cap of a desired type is obtained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an imperfect mold closing state without being subjected to the cutting process of a film by means of a movable mold and a fixed mold. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, a molding resin 7 is charged in a molding resin charging space 4 after an imperfect mold closing state is realized under the state that a film 3 is installed on a movable mold 1 or on a fixed mold 2 so as to restart a mold closing during or after the charging of the molding resin 7 in order to execute a perfect mold closing for pasting the film 3 to a molding. In this case, the molding resin charging space 4 is formed by a space surrounded by an intermediate block 5, with which the film 3 is fixed onto the movable mold 1 or onto the fixed mold 2, the movable mold 1 and the fixed mold 2.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate film and the method for manufacturing a deeply drawn three-dimensionally shaped insert molding having a surface excellent in wear resistance and chemical resistance by employing the laminate film. SOLUTION: This laminate film has a release film 3 made of a heat resisting film having a release surface, a transfer layer 4 and a shapable film 2, the elongation represented by the area formed on the transfer surface of the transfer layer after preforming/that before preforming X 100(%) of which can be 150 % or more. In addition, this transfer layer 4 is equipped with a surface protective layer 5 made of the heat reactive body of a head and active energy containing a polymer having its (meth)acrylic equivalent of 100-300 g/eq, its hydroxyl group value of 20-500 and its weight average molecular weight of 5,000-50,000 and a multifunctional isocyanate formed on the release surface of the release film, and further, in the transfer layer or between the transfer layer and the shapable film, the transfer layer has a pasting layer 8 for bonding the shapable film.
