PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a decorative molded sheet which is easy to match directions between a micro unevenness part and a pattern layer, does not cause the problem of the mold releasability of a surface resin layer, and can improve the throughput of a nanoimprint process. SOLUTION: After the decorative molded sheet 110 with the surface resin layer 2 formed thereon is manufactured, a nanoimprint mold 20 is pressed to the surface resin layer 2 to form micro unevenness. After the nanoimprint mold 20 is separated from the surface resin layer 2, the surface resin layer 2 with the micro unevenness formed thereon is irradiated with ionizing radiation 25. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminate, adhesion between a transfer layer and a covering body of which is strong, though the peelability between the base sheet of the transfer sheet and the transfer layer is kept during the process for obtaining the laminate, in manufacturing the laminate having the transfer layer is sandwiched between a body to be transferred and the covering body. SOLUTION: In the transfer sheet, on the base sheet of which, a peel ply and the transfer sheet including a pattern layer are provided through a releasing layer, the peel ply is made of a resin including an olefin-based resin and the releasing layer is made of a rein including an epoxy resin or/and melamine resin.

SOLUTION: In the in-mold patterning transfer film obtained by forming a transfer layer 32 on a base material film 35 consisting of a polyester film made by biaxial stretch and performing the molding and patterning of a cover part, which protects a display device by in-mold patterning, at the same time, the base material film 35 has surface roughness characterized in that the average length RSm of a roughness curve element prescribed in ISO4287 of the surface 35a on the forming side of the transfer layer of the film is 50 μm or below and the square average subduplicate roughness Rq thereof is 30 nm or below. The first and second moldings are welded. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer sheet for a transparent cover part which can prevent blocking from occurring, and at the same time, can solve the problems of haze and glitter, and to provide the transparent cover part using the transfer sheet. SOLUTION: This transfer sheet for the transparent cover part includes a base material film 35, and a transfer layer 32 which is formed on the surface of the base material film, and transfers the transfer layer onto the surface of the transparent cover molded article 90 which is a molded resin article by separating the transfer layer 32 from the base material film 35. On the transfer layer 32, a transparent protective layer 34 which forms the outermost surface of the transparent cover molded article after having been transferred by separating from the base material film 35 is provided. The transparent protective layer 34 is constituted of an acrylic based resin, an urethane based resin, a melamine based resin or an epoxy based resin or a mixed resin of two kinds or more of them. The transparent protective layer contains 10 to 70 wt.% of a filler 37 by a solid content ratio. SOLUTION: The high gloss transfer material is obtained by forming a transfer layer, which is composed of a release layer, a pattern layer and an adhesive layer, on a substrate sheet and constituted so that the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of the surface on the side of the transfer layer of the substrate sheet is 20 nm or below, the thickness of the transfer layer is 3-30 μm and the residual amount of the solvent contained in the transfer layer is 600 mg/m 2 or below. SOLUTION: Several color variations can be obtained by selecting the color of a flip-flop type pigment. Since a layer containing the flip-flop type pigment is translucent, a light reflection layer can be seen through the layer, and luminosity of a metal tone and a feel of the flip-flop can be obtained simultaneously. Since the light reflection layer high in reflectivity is provided, a high flip-flop effect can be obtained even when the concentration of the flip-flop type pigment is low. SOLUTION: The transfer sheet is the one of an after-cured type wherein a hard coat layer and a blocking preventive layer are sequentially laminated as a transfer layer on a base body sheet, and the hard coat layer consists of an activated energy beam curable resin composition, and is cured after transferring to a resin molded article. The transfer sheet is used for the transfer molded articles consisting of a thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin wherein the blocking preventive layer is touch dried by heat drying. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a decorative molded article which prevents the occurrence of a microcrack damaging metallic glossiness on a metal vapor-deposited layer at a high temperature during transfer or transfer simultaneous with molding, and prevents the occurrence of cracks damaging a design of the metal vapor-deposited layer even when a big stress works on a part of the metal vapor-deposited transfer sheet, and to provide the decorative molded article and the metal vapor-deposited transfer sheet. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the decorative molded article 110 includes arranging the metal vapor-deposited transfer sheet 100 in an injection-molding mold, the sheet having a mold release layer 2 mounted on a base sheet 1 and the metal vapor-deposited layer 3 directly contacting the mold release layer 2, injecting a molten resin to integrate the molded resin 4 and the metal vapor-deposited transfer sheet 100 into one body, taking out the molded resin 4 integrated with the metal vapor-deposited transfer sheet 100, and peeling the base sheet 1 from the molded resin 4 in the interface between the mold release layer 2 and the metal vapor-deposited layer 3, thereby obtaining the decorative molded article 110.
