PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for injection molding by which there exists no possibility of generating creases on a transfer material and cracks on a transfer layer even when a depth D of a curved part of a cross-section tends to be increased and a curvature radius and a draw angle of a movable mold tend to be decreased by a design specified by an end user. SOLUTION: In the mold for injection molding in which a decorative material is arranged between the movable mold 1 formed with a falling-down end part forming face 6 of the curved line of the cross-section and a fixed mold 2, and a molding resin is injected into a space for molding formed by mold closing of the movable mold 1 and the fixed mold 2 to form the injection-molded article with a falling-down end part, and at the same time, the decorative material is integrally bonded on at least a surface of the injection-molded article, the mold for injection molding is characterized by the falling-down width D of the falling-down end part forming face 6 being 0.3-8.0 mm, the curvature radius being 0.3-8.0 mm and the draw angle A of the movable mold being 5-45°. PURPOSE:To provide a panel having a strobe emission window which is easy to fabricate and is free of contamination, by forming the strobe emission window from a transparent layer containing an ultraviolet shield agent. CONSTITUTION:A panel 13 having a strobe emission window 11 is fabricated using a transcription sheet. This shall be such a transcription sheet where transcription layers 7 consisting of an exfoliation layer 2, colored layer 3, transparent layer 4 containing ultraviolet shield agent, and adhesion layer 5 are formed on a base film one over another. When ultraviolet rays generated when strobe emission is made are projected to the transparent layer 4 containing the UV shield agent, the UV rays are shielded by this shield agent and can not pass through the strobe window 11. Thereby a panel furnished with a strobe emission window is accomplished easily, and the panel is free of contamination.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maximally ensure the area of a transparent window part and to eliminate the generation of the resin flow to the transparent window part even in a thin-walled resin molded article. SOLUTION: In a method for obtaining a thin-walled window cover for a portable telephone by inserting a decorative film 1 having the transparent window part 3 formed thereto in a mold capable of molding the resin molded article 8 having a main body 6 with a thickness of 0.8-3.0 mm and a pawl part 7 to perform injection molding, the decorative film 1 is set to the mold so that the distance between the end part 31 of the transparent window part 3 of the decorative film 1 and the cavity end surface 121 of the mold is set to 5 mm or less and a transparent resin 18 is injected from the back surface of a place where the pawl part 7 is molded.

PURPOSE:To manufacture a meter panel which can demonstrate the design with complicatedly varied lightness and chroma by forming a transfer layer provided with a mat layer having recesses and projections finer than the recesses and projections on the surface of a molded product and a colored layer not shielding the beam on the surface of an optical transmission having recessed and projected surface. CONSTITUTION:A transfer material 11 is composed of a mat layer 2 formed on a base film 1 and a layer composed of a release layer 3, a colored layer 4 not shielding the beam and a bonded layer 5 formed from the bottom to the top in said order. Recesses and projections 13 are formed on the surface of an in-mold molded product of a molding face 12 where the transfer material 11 of a cavity section of an in-mold molding tool is brought into contact with. The sizes of the recesses and projections 13 are made larger than the recesses and projections 14 formed by the mat layer 2 of the transfer material 11. The transfer material 11 is fixed on a mold, and the mold is closed and the resin is injected out of an injector. When the base film 1 of the transfer material 11 is peeled off after cooling the resin flatting degree is different partially, and thus a meter panel as the in-mold molded product having the surface on which lightness and chroma of colors are varied is manufactured.

PURPOSE:To obtain a partial matting transfer sheet which mats the surface of a plastic molded piece partially. CONSTITUTION:A partial matting transfer sheet 10 comprises at least a peeling layer and an adhesive layer 6 formed on a base sheet 1 having a matting layer 2 partially. A rate of wax in a peeling layer 3 at a part overlapping the matting layer 2 is higher than a rate of wax in a pealing layer 4 at a part which does not overlap the matting layer 2.

PURPOSE:To obtain an IC card superior in strength and resistance to environment, free from a warpage, and improved in airtightness. CONSTITUTION:A molded cover piece 4 having a surface which is recessed and projected in a manner reverse to that of a mounting substrate 3 is molded out of an ABC resin by an injection molding method. On the recessed and projected surface of the molded cover piece 4, an epoxy resin as an adhesive 5 is applied using a dispenser. After that, the recessed and projected surface of the molded cover piece 4 to which the adhesive 5 is applied is fitted in a close contact state to the recessed and projected surface of the mounting substrate 3 to which the adhesive 5 is not applied. The both are bonded with each other for completing an IC card 6.

PURPOSE:To apply an aroma stable over a long period of time and a pattern to a molding made of general-purpose plastic by bonding both surfaces containing pattern layers of a transfer foil to the surface of the molded product under pressure during or after the molding of an aroma-containing resin composition containing several kinds of specific materials. CONSTITUTION:Both surfaces containing pattern layers of a transfer foil are bonded to the surface of a molded product during or after the molding of an aroma-containing resin composition consisting of polyolefin 80-95wt.%, an olefin/ ester type monomer copolymer 3-10wt.%, a fragrance 0.2-4.0wt.% and ester type wax 0.3-3.0wt.%. A release layer composed of a thermoplastic acrylate resin is applied to a PET film for a transfer film by a gravure printing method or a roll coating method. A pattern is printed thereon using color ink by a gravure or offset printing method. Polyurethane-containing ink is applied thereon as an anchor layer and an adhesive solution containing a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer or chlorinated polyolefin is applied thereon and dried to form a final layer.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection mold for facilitating the demolding of an injection-molded article from the recessed part of a movable mold and not generating the ink crack of a transfer layer and the tear of a transfer material. SOLUTION: The injection mold is constituted so that the transfer material 13 is arranged between the movable mold 1 and a fixed mold 2 and the transfer layer of the transfer material 13 is integrally bonded to the surface of the injection-molded article simultaneously with the formation of the injection- molded article. When the movable mold 1 and the fixed mold 2 are closed, a stepped part 7 can be formed by the terminal part 5 of the cross-sectionally curved line part 4 formed to the recessed part (a) of the movable mold 1 and the end part of the recessed part (b) of the fixed mold 2. When the depth of the cross-sectionally curved line part 4 is set to D (mm), the radius of curvature is set to R (mm) and the draft of the movable mold 1 is set to A (°), a condition of 5≤R×A/D≤20 is satisfied.
