PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a call control system, a call control apparatus, a terminal device and a call control method in which an optimal communication network can be selected, without making the configurations of the terminal device and the call control apparatus complex. SOLUTION: While referring to information, representing a current status including failure occurrence, or the like, of a communications network held in a communication network current status data holding section 103 at the side of a call control apparatus 100 and information regarding the priority of communications network selection held by an application priority data holding section 202 on the side of a terminal device 200, and is acquired and held by a calling-side information acquiring and holding section 104 at the side of the call control apparatus 100, a communications network optimal to be used for setting the call is selected by a call control section 105 at the side of the call control apparatus 100. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proximity detecting method among mobile terminals that is effective from the viewpoint of signal traffics. SOLUTION: A searcher side apparatus 310 transmits data with addition of information of all of the other mobile terminals as the approach detecting object in response to a location information service request to the particular mobile terminal as the location detecting object. When an exchange 306 acquires information of all of the other mobile terminals as the approach detecting object in addition to the particular mobile terminal as the location searching object, it determines whether all of the other mobile terminals as the approach detecting object in addition to the particular mobile terminal as the location searching object are within the service area or not. In the case where all mobile terminals as the approach detecting object are within the service area, respective location determining requests for all of the other mobile terminals as the approach detecting object are transmitted in addition to that of the particular mobile terminal as the location searching object. When a radio apparatus 304 acquires the location determining request, it executes location measurement in cooperation with a plurality of mobile terminals and transmits the result of location measurement. An exchange 306 acquires location information of all of the mobile terminals as the approach detecting object from the result of location measurement received and transmits a response to the searcher side apparatus 310 through a location information management apparatus 308. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning method and a base station apparatus capable of improving positioning accuracy when positioning the position of a mobile communication device capable of communication through a repeater station. SOLUTION: The positioning step includes: a positioning step wherein the base station B calculates an added distance for which a distance from the base station B to the repeater station N and a distance from the repeater station N to a cellular phone terminal M are added and the base station B calculates and stores a point P at the added distance from the base station B in the direction from the base station B to the repeater station N as a positioning result point; a calculation step wherein the base station B calculates and stores a difference distance Scp between the positioning result point P and the center point C of a cell sector in which the cellular phone terminal M is present; a determination step wherein the base station B determines whether the difference distance Scp is longer than the radius R of the cell sector; and a change step wherein the base station B changes and stores the center point C as the positioning result point when it is determined that the difference distance Scp is longer than the radius R. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for audio image communication which can provide various moving pictures for a video telephone terminal together with sound. SOLUTION: By the audio image communication method which distributes sound and images to a video telephone terminal when the video telephone terminal communicates with a telephone terminal, image information that the telephone terminal can use is previously registered in a delegate information storage means connected to the specific communication network between the video telephone terminal and the telephone terminal and when the video telephone terminal and the telephone terminal communicate with each other, the communication is achieved by the audio image communication method and system which send the image information registered in the delegate image information storage means is sent as information from the telephone terminal to the video telephone terminal.
