PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HLA-binding peptide excellent in bondability to an HLA-A type molecule.SOLUTION: The HLA-binding peptide binding to an HLA-A type molecule is an HLA binding peptide which contains a specific amino acid sequence, including not less than 8 and not more than 11 amino acid residues and whose bondability to a human HLA-A molecule is predicted by means of a prediction program employing an active learning experiment method shown in Fig.1. The DNA fragments include a DNA sequence encoding the HLA binding peptide, and a recombinant vector includes the DNA sequence.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an array display method and a homology retrieval method capable of simplifying access to information associated with inter-array variation sites or common sites, and result-displaying a plurality of retrieved arrays as they are. SOLUTION: This array display method is provided to add visual characteristics corresponding to variability and/or commonality in a plurality of similar base arrays or amino acid arrays. The visual characteristics are added to variation sites and/or common sites, and added according to the level of variability and/or commonality and the frequency of the variability in the variation sites. Furthermore, the visual characteristics for converting the base arrays into amino acid arrays are added based on the amino acid information including amino acid names and characteristics corresponding to the codon of the variation sites. A link to information associated with the plurality of similar base arrays or amino acid arrays is set. A retrieval result analysis part 14 analyzes the retrieval result, and outputs an analysis result 142, and an output control part 15 receives the analysis result, and successively outputs it, and generates a re-retrieval query 151 for non-retrieval, and transmits it to the query generating part 12.
