SOLUTION: The electron tube, equipped with a helix as a high-frequency circuit making an electron beam interact with high frequency signal, is structured to have a shell enveloping the helix, and a plurality of pillars supporting the helix in the shell with a conductive material arranged at a part abutted with an inner wall of the shell, with the part contacting the helix covered with a dielectric.
