Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door opener, by which a door open-close unit is miniaturized and lightened and a door can be opened efficiently by only one of the operation of a touch switch and which is silent. SOLUTION: In the door opener 1 opening the rotary type door 10 in which one end section is supported rotatably by a hinge, the door opener 1 has a motor 2, a screw shaft 4, which is housed in a bottomed cylindrical housing 3 and to which the rotation of the motor 2 is transmitted, a nut 5 screwed to the screw shaft 4 and internally inserted into the housing 3 and a spring 6 housed between the bottom section 3a of the housing 3 and the motor 2. A spiral thread groove 4a is formed to the outer circumference of the screw shaft 4, and slid and contacted with the thread groove 5a formed to the inner circumference of the nut 5 and the rotation of the motor 2 is converted into the linear motion of the nut 5. Since the nut 5 is formed retractively and irrotationally to the housing 3 and the screw shaft 4 is formed integrally with an output shaft of the motor 2 and the motor 2 is abutted against a shoulder section 3c formed to the housing 3, the screw shaft 4 is constituted rotatably but unretractively.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an axial length of a direct type valve system compact. SOLUTION: A lifter 7 is provided between a cam 6 and a valve stem 4. A sealed hydraulic lash adjuster 10 is incorporated between an end plate 8 of the lifter 7 and an upper end of the valve stem 4. The axial length of the valve system is made compact by arranging an end part on a stem pressing side of a valve spring 32 for pressing the valve stem 4 toward the cam 6 side on the outside of the hydraulic lash adjuster 10. Abstract:
An autotensioner for a belt has a pulley support shaft secured to a base and an eccentric ring rotatably supported by the pulley support shaft with the center of its outer peripheral surface offset from the center of the pulley support shaft. A pulley is rotatably supported around the eccentric shaft through a rolling bearing. A spring for biasing the eccentric ring is provided to press the pulley against the belt. A damper for imparting resistance to rotation to the eccentric ring is provided to restrain the pivoting motion of the pulley. The resistance to rotation is imparted to the eccentric ring by the damper at the side of the rolling bearing opposite to the base.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor device which enables proper attachment fixture of a brake device and proper connection with the vehicle body side.SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor device (11) includes: a casing (12) including a cylindrical part and a housing; a wheel hub (13) which is rotatably supported at the vehicle body outer side of the casing when viewed in an axial direction; a motor (14) which is stored in the cylindrical part of the casing and drives the wheel hub; and a speed reduction mechanism which is stored in the housing of the casing and drivably coupled to the motor; and a brake device (15) which is provided at an outer surface of the housing of the casing and puts a brake on the wheel hub. The brake device is fixedly attached to the outer surface of the housing of the casing, and the outer surface of the housing of the casing is coupled to a suspension device at the vehicle body side.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a stator capable of reliably fixing the stator of an electric motor used for an in-wheel motor drive device to a case body and allowing visual checking of a fixed state and easy quality control.SOLUTION: A motor case 16 of an electric motor 11 is formed with a case body 17 whose one end surface is open and a case lid 20 disposed at one end surface of the case body 17. A stator 21 is fitted to an inner diameter part of the case body 17. A tubular stator pressing 6 that narrows a gap in an axial direction is sandwiched between the case lid 20 and the stator 21 to maintain a stable state with no gap between the case lid 20 and the stator 21. With existence of the stator pressing 6, it becomes possible to visually check a fixed state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel driving device in which, when an inner gear is vibrated by torque transmission to the inner gear, the vibration can be prevented from being transferred to a reduction gear casing.SOLUTION: A reduction gear 20 which reduces a rotating speed of an electric motor 10 and transfers the rotation to a wheel supporting hub ring 51 is made into cycloid reduction gear. Whirling of an inner gear 26 to which an outer gear 24 of the cycloid reduction gear is meshed, is stopped to a reduction gear casing 21 by whirl stop means 40, and an elastic support function for elastically supporting the inner gear 26 is given to the whirl stop means 40. Therefore, when vibrations are loaded to the inner gear 26 in transmitting rotation torque from the outer gear 24 to the inner gear 26, the vibrations are absorbed by elastic deformation of the whirl stop means 40 and prevented from being transferred to the reduction gear casing 21. An output shaft 28 of the cycloid reduction gear is spline-fitted to a cylinder part 36 of a pin holder 33.

SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor driving device 21 includes a motor part A, a wheel hub bearing part C, and a speed reducing part B of a cycloid reducing mechanism reducing the speed of output of the motor part A and transmitting it to the wheel hub bearing part C. The speed reducing part B includes base parts 51, 52 to be connected with a trailing arm 61 of the suspension device suspending the motor part A, the speed reducing part B and the wheel hub bearing part C from a vehicle body on its casing 22b. The motor part A is arranged coaxially with one side in the O-direction of an axis of the speed reducing part B with a space from the base parts 51, 52. SOLUTION: A reduction gear section 31 of the electric motor driving device 1 includes: a first shaft 33 including a tubular outside rotary shaft 33o coaxially arranged with a motor side rotating member 22 and an inside rotary shaft 33i inserted into the outside rotary shaft 33o; a second shaft 34 arranged in parallel with the first shaft 33 to transmit rotation to wheels; a first reduction gear part G1 for reducing rotation of the inside rotary shaft 33i at a first reduction gear ratio to transmit the rotation to the second shaft 34; and a second reduction gear part G2 for reducing rotation of the outside rotary shaft 33o at a second reduction gear ratio different from the first reduction gear ratio to transmit the rotation to the second shaft 34.
