Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricating performance of a rolling contact surface and sliding contact surface by smoothly circulating a lubricating agent into a pocket of a retainer and to actualize a turning bearing having long rolling fatigue life. SOLUTION: In the retainer 6 of a turning bearing arranged a required number of pockets accommodating rollers by partitioning a pair of gentle arc-shaped side walls 7 and 7 by means of pillars 8 arranged in designated intervals, the pillars 8 are alternately slanted each other in a directly-opposed state at a circumferential direction, and the retainer 5 is supported b keeping in contact with the rollers 3 and 4 and pillar 8, and a space existing between the under surface of the retainer 6 and raceway surfaces 1a and 2b is formed therein. Thus, the lubricating agent is supplied and circulated into the pockets 9 and 9a through the space, and lubricating performance of rolling contact surfaces among the roller 3 and 4, the pockets 9 and 9a, and the raceway surfaces 1a and 2b and sliding surfaces among the retainer 6 and raceway surfaces is improved accordingly. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a spring type torque limiter which uses a binding force of a coil spring which tightens an inner ring inserted into an outer ring member.SOLUTION: The torque limiter is configured in such a way that the coil spring 3, which has a small diameter section 3a and tightens the outside diameter surface of the inner ring 2 that is rotatably inserted inside the outer ring member 1, is installed in the inner ring 2; that a hook section 3c at one end of the coil spring 3 is connected to the outer ring member 1; and that a hook section 3d at the other end is connected to an adjustment ring 4 rotatably fitted into the outer ring member 1. In this torque limiter, the inner ring 2 is formed by injection molding of polyacetal, which is a thermoplastic resin. Due to the above, the weight of the inner ring itself and that of the whole torque limiter can be reduced compared with a case where a conventional metal inner ring is used.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter and a method for reusing the same, wherein the costs of materials and the cost to produce components can be reduced, and the burden on the environment can be reduced. SOLUTION: A torque limiter 1 includes an inner ring 2, an outer ring 3, and a coil spring 4 provided in the outer ring 3 and incorporated between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3. The coil spring 4 is provided with a small diameter coil portion 7 which tightens an outer diameter surface 2g of the inner ring to apply a tightening force to the inner ring 2, so that the inner ring 2 is allowed to be relatively rotated with respect to the outer ring 3 in accordance with the tightening force of the coil spring 4. The torque limiter 1 is collected after being used. The inner ring 2 is removed from the used torque limiter, and degreasing, oil impregnation, and the like are performed to the inner ring 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation of set torque, and to prevent generation of a backlash in a rotation direction between a coil spring and an outer annular member by preventing relative rotation of a lid member with respect to the outer annular member. SOLUTION: The torque limiter comprises the outer annular member 1, an inner ring 2 supported so as to be relatively rotatable to the outer annular member 1, the coil spring 3 attached to an outer periphery of the inner ring 2 with the tightening allowance, and the annular lid member 4 pressed in the outer annular member 1 and closing a gap between an inner periphery of the outer annular member 1 and the outer periphery of the inner ring 2. A supporting part 17 for supporting an end 12 of the coil spring 3 is provided on the outer annular member 1, a supporting part 19 for supporting the other end 13 is provided on the lid member 4, and torque transmitted between the inner ring 2 and the outer annular member 1 is restricted by slipping between the coil spring 3 and the inner ring 2. A protrusion 10 and a recession 11 engaged with each other and preventing rotation of the lid member 4 with respect to the outer annular member 1 are formed on an outer periphery of the lid member 4 and the inner periphery of the outer annular member 1. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring type torque limiter capable of preventing backlash caused by bending of a coil spring at the initial time of torque generation to generate torque without delay. SOLUTION: This torque limiter is composed of an outer ring member 1, an inner wheel 2 supported rotatably in its inside, the coil spring 4 mounted on an outside diameter face of the inner wheel 2, and a lid member 3 for blocking the other end part of the outer ring member 1 to engage a one end part of the coil spring 4 with a protruding part 12 of the outer ring member and engage the other end part with a protruding part 18 of the lid member. Regulation protruding parts 28 are provided in a plurality of sections in the peripheral direction on an inside diameter face of the outer ring member 1, and regulation protruding parts 31 protruding inward are provided in a plurality of sections in the peripheral direction even on an inner face of the lid member 3 to regulate occurrence of bending of the coil spring 4 by inner faces of these regulation protruding parts 28, 31. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil and a lubricating grease for a torque limiter in which variation in torque is small even under a high-temperature/high-humidity environment and development of chatter is suppressed by controlling metal to metal contact by the deficiency of an oil film to enable prolongation of service life of bearings, and which is excellent in resistance to chemical attack. SOLUTION: The lubricating oil comprises a base oil composed of a synthesized saturated hydrocarbon oil having a kinematic viscosity at 40°C of 500-1,200 mm 2 /s and an emulsifier. The lubricating grease comprises the base oil, a thickening agent and an emulsifier. The emulsifier comprises a sulfonic acid metal salt dissolved in a solvent which does not cause chemical attack. SOLUTION: In this guide plate type ball screw, the connection part 10 of the circulation path 12 to the rolling path 8 is faced in the tangential direction of screw grooves 6 and 7 and in the direction of a lead angle β. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft-like carrying member, namely, a carrying shaft having simple construction for carrying a clutch unit while avoiding the disassembly thereof. SOLUTION: A collar 38 is provided on the outer diameter face of the shaft, and a shaft base portion 39 and a carrying shaft portion 41 are formed on one-end side and on the other-end side of the collar 38. The carrying shaft portion 41 has an outer diameter adapted to be fitted to the inner diameter faces of a clutch outer ring 1 of the clutch unit 32 and a cover member 4, and a thrust holding portion 42 to be thrust against the inner diameter face of the clutch outer ring 1 is provided on the carrying shaft portion 41.
