Abstract: A dual-unit paving system for covering a surface. The system comprises pairs of first and second units. For each pair, the first and second unit have different respective shapes and sizes, and are configured to be matingly engageable for forming a hexagonal assembly having six, non-linear sides. The hexagonal assembly allows forming rotational tessellations. The first and second units are also shaped and configured to be matingly engageable so as to form horizontally aligned tessellations, and also vertically aligned tessellations.

Abstract: Se proporciona un sistema de pavimentación de doble unidad para cubrir una superficie. El sistema comprende pares de primeras y segundas unidades. Para cara par, la primera y segunda unidades tienen diferentes formas y tamaños respectivos y están configurados para poderse acoplar, en forma empalmada para formar un ensamble hexagonal que tiene seis lados no lineales, el ensamble hexagonal permite formar teselados rotacionales. La primera y segunda unidades también tienen la forma y están configuradas para acoplarse, en forma empalmada, para formar teselados alineados en forma horizontal y también teselados alineados en forma vertical.
