Abstract:
A treatment system 1 with which appropriate treatment is easily performed is provided. The treatment system 1 includes a treatment instrument 2 having a heating element 13 which applies thermal energy to living tissue, an element temperature measuring section 39 configured to measure an element temperature T1 of the heating element 13, a power source 30 configured to generate power, a first calculating section 33A configured to estimate a temperature difference ”T between the element temperature T1 and a temperature T2 of the living tissue using a table or an equation stored beforehand in order to estimate the temperature difference ”T based on an output value of the power source 30, a second calculating section 33B configured to estimate the tissue temperature T2 from the element temperature T1 and the temperature difference ”T estimated by the first calculating section 33B, and a control section 34 configured to control the power source 30 based on the tissue temperature T2 estimated by the second calculating section 33B.
Abstract:
A heating treatment apparatus (1) to treat a living tissue by heating the living tissue includes a first holding member (112) and a second holding member (114), a first heat generating element (116) provided on the first holding member, a second heat generating element (118) provided on the second holding member, a power supply unit (220) supplying electric power to cause the first heat generating element and the second heat generating element to generate heat, and a control unit (210) controlling operations of the power supply unit (220). The control unit (210) switches a mode between a first mode and a second mode during treatment of the living tissue. Temperatures of the first heat generating element and the second heat generating element are controlled to the same temperature in the first mode and to different temperatures in the second mode.
Abstract:
There is provided a treatment system 1 with a good operability. The treatment system 1 has: a treatment instrument 2 applying treatment energy to living tissue; a power source 30 outputting power; a temperature measuring section 39 for measuring a temperature of the living tissue; a calculation section 33 calculating a heating amount Q, which is a time integral value of the temperature of the living tissue, from the temperature of the living tissue and a time period of applying the treatment energy; a comparison section 34A comparing the heating amount Q and a predetermined heating amount setting value Qset; and an instruction section 34B giving an instruction based on a result of the comparison by the comparison section 34A.
